    I had a BAD experience. 1- I thought I had the same Keurig product as always. But NO! You cannot use any OLD 2nd party pods for your own type of coffee. They will NOT FIT! You are OBLIGATED to buy their K-CUPS with Brand Name Coffees! It appears they figured out that the public does NOT want to use those EXPENSIVE pods all the time! 2- They provide a "water filter system" with NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use it. I had to go to YT to find out! 3- Just bought a third party pod from Amazon that WILL FIT and that will solve the problem and I will probably keep it. JUST BE WARNED - It is a NEW SYSTEM that forces you to buy the Brand Name Coffee Pods! No way will I do that! :( Perhaps my next system will not be Keurig.

    The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I would have liked the water tank to be a little larger. The coffee comes out much smoother and more flavorful wuth the multipour. Getting on a Black Friday sale at Best Buy definitely helped with the cost as well.
