What is there not to like about Keurig? Especially when you can make a great cup of joe right from the comfort of your bed each morning! I love the product material, the coffee it makes, the ease of app usage, and the convenience of its smart features. The family couldn't be happier with this purchase!

I enjoy making coffee in the mornings now using their app i can start my cup from bed. I just have two complaints, the water container is a bit small and the water does not heat up to my liking. Other than that its a nice keurig.

We was eyeing a new keurig to replace our older one and lets just say, i have had a few good cups of coffee from this machine in the past couple of days. So far no complaints from me. Its a plus making your own settings in the favoritesso you dont to keep trying to remember perfect combination. My wife likes the brew over ice feature as well. I have used a few K-cups with the Brew ID signature brew settings, which so far has brewed a great cup of coffee for me each time. For us this keurig is a nice investment for our kitchen. One thing i didnt like is when the keurig website is performing site maintenance that it effects the app as well. I experienced that the first night we had it since i was just going thru the app to see how to use everything. Hope this review helps you with your decision.

What? Great coffee and I get to play on the internet. Many more options to effect a perfect brew. Hotter, stronger more/less; got you covered. I will make that one a fav and save it. If you like to grind it, they will accomodate you.

Could not get first 2 makers to connect online. 2nd warranty replacement went haywire and kept saying I needed to add water. Finally received a 3rd maker under warranty. It hooked right up to the internet and works as advertised. Was hopping made that the first 2 never worked right. Now I really like this machine. Maybe they got the bugs worked out.

My wife is the coffee drinker in the family. We started using a single serve coffee maker years ago because I thought that my wife would enjoy a fresh cup of coffee every time instead of drinking from a pot of stale coffee. I use the machine occasionally for hot cocoa. We started using Tassimo coffee because all of the Keurig coffeemakers that we had used made vey weak beverages and had no adjustments. When we replaced that machine, we found a Cuisinart coffeemaker that offered choices and made good, strong beverages. We would buy the strongest K-pod coffee and use 4 ounces per pod. My wife liked 2 pods worth or 8 ounces. When we had to replace that coffeemaker we decided on the Keurig K-Supreme because it offered choices for strength, temperature and cup size. The fact that it was WIFI capable was just a little extra bonus in choosing it. I set it up for the WIFI and installed the app on both of our phones. We use the app most of the time now to make the coffee. We can set it up with a mug and a coffee pod at night and start the brewing process before getting out of bed! Right off the bat, it is saving us money on the coffee. As I said before, my wife had to make 4 ounce cups from one pod and used 2 pods per cup. This machine only goes down to 6 ounces. We tried 1 pod set for Intense and 6 ounces. My wife loves it. The coffee looks darker to me than the old coffeemaker made at 4 ounces. Since my wife adds milk, she likes her coffee made extra hot. So far we have gone from "Max Hot" to "X-Hot" to "Hotter". My point is that it seems to be able to make the coffee extremely hot, if that is what you want. Bottom line: we love it, I found it very easy to set up using the screen on the coffeemaker or the app. It recognized the specific coffee from the label on top of the pod. The only drawback that I saw was that the screen is on the top. My wife is under 5 feet tall and has to get a stool to look down on the screen. Our previous coffeemaker had the screen and buttons on the front. I recommended to my wife that she use the app on her phone. The coffeemaker asks for the settings for the coffee the first time the pod is put in. I also set it up as a favorite. We heartly recommend this coffeemaker for its choices and ability, in our opinion to make a very good cup of coffee. So far, the basket and the coffee maker seem to be staying clean. Our previous coffee maker seemed to spray coffee on the surface above the mug and the basket would drip after the second pod was removed. This machine hasn't dripped and has stayed clean

Our Keurig K-Supreme SMART Single Serve Coffee Maker is everything it promised it would be. It fits nicely in our teaching studio. The settings for different strengths and temps are great. It allows for more specific choices than a regular coffee maker. For those who want to be sustainable, the pods are recyclable, but we also bought the reusable pods. It's great having it all set up and then hitting the app in the middle of a lesson for coffee to brew while work coninues.

Easily one of the best decisions I’ve made when I decided to purchase this Keurig Coffee Machine. Using the Best Buy App made it easy to look at many Coffee Machines and see the Features of each one. Choose this particular model because it can be easily operated with your Smartphone and Alexa. The preset individual Coffee preference that can be set to its memory makes getting the same cup of coffee each and every time. It also has a wide variety of other coffee options for the younger generation who prefer Ice Coffee. Automatic Shutoff is a great feature for those concerned with energy usage. Once you activate either by lifting the lid or Alexa or your smartphone, it is ready in seconds to suit your coffee needs.

I like the way it detects which K-cup is inserted. Easy to clean with the leaning pods. Water reservoir is not as large as other models, but I prefer to refresh the water often so it is a good size for me. Feels a little unstable when removing the reservoir in the side position. I make sure to put a hand on the top to steady so not a big problem. Quiet and fast. Good purchase so far.

This thing makes everything easy for a busy and always on-the-go nurse like me who can't live and work without coffee! Hassle-free and coffee tastes and smells better! Easy to clean and operate! Purchasing is the easiest and delivery was smooth and no problems.

So I had one of the original Keurig that lasted me over a decade. So getting a new one was a major upgrade for me. Right away I could taste and feel the difference. My old machine did not put out a hot cup of coffee like my new one. The old one also did not capture the full taste of the coffee pods. I’m using the same coffee pods that I had and I can taste a difference. The options are pretty neat ranking from weak to strong cup of coffee flavor. The only bad thing I have to say is you have to connect it to your wifi. Kinda of annoying but not a deal breaker. The whole wifi thing is for their rewards program. I get 1 point for each pod I use.

I truly love this coffee maker, makes excellent hot and iced coffee. Also appreciate the programs to buy coffee at a discount and it keeps track of what I like. Highly recommend this product. I returned this one to get the stainless steel option which had a larger capacity tank.

Great little coffee machine. Our first Keurig turns out to be a wonderful and enjoyable way to enjoy coffee and similar beverages. The unit has many cool features like “add water” messages when tank is low, four serving size selections, temp selection and pod identification, one awesome little machine.

[Employee of bestbuy] Ive owned these coffee machines since the first version came out. Its easy, it’s convenient. My 11 year old machine finally called it quits and i pirchased this as the replacement. Out ofnthe box i really enjoyed it. I purchased this model specifically because of how many temperature options there are, I like my coffee, very very hot. But what I’ve come to to experience with this machine is endless frustration. The flow needles are constantly getting clogged. I can’t make a cup of coffee without them getting clogged. I work to unclog them, seemingly fix the problem, only to insert another K cup and find them to be clogged again…and it fail to produce a cup of coffee. I have verified the integrity of the kcup and there appears to be nothing wrong woth them at insertion. Im returning this machine and will be looking at other brands.

Absolutely love my breville vertuo chrome. Well made, solid and brews a phenomenal cup of coffee. Very easy to use and beats the pants off all my prior keurigs hands down. I’ve had a ton of fun building a coffee bar around it. Awesome fun purchase!!

This was a replacement for my old k-select supreme. It lasted about 4 years, I am hoping this new wifi model will last longer. So far it’s been great, the flavors are quite different in the brews with the Brew IQ scanning the QR codes on your k-cups. I had to mess with the settings to figure out what I like. But it makes a perfect cup of coffee every time! I love that it does allow you to save your brew settings (app required). Also, having a hot water depends button has made it very convenient for tea. Additionally, when it says it’s brewing 12oz, it actually brews 12oz. The previous non-wifi one we had short changed us about 2oz per cup, so we had a few spill overs with this new one because it was dispensing the correct amount!
