THIS IS A GREAT MICROWAVE!! Love the preset features and it is so much quieter than our old one. Very professional unit.

I really like this microwave, I got the convection one & door was as big as microwave & I bumped my head with it opening & closing, so exchanged it for this & this one much better. Door a few inches narrower than unit. It even has an extra shelf if you want to microwave more than one plate or item.

Finally new Kitchenaid Microwave and Oven Yes!! Have waited a long time for new appliances and am so pleased with them. The microwave has butter melt and soften, vegetable steam sensor and a very powerful fan to extract smoke and steam.

We had the older version of this microwave, and the newer version has subtle but substantial differences in a good way. Better choice of fan speeds, smarter interface. The additional shelf is handy, too. We're happy.

Quality microwave. Good size. It works well and is easy to use. I like how well it defrosts. I even like the sound it makes when the food is done cooking. Our last microwave beeped loudly and I was always trying to stop it before I had to hear the annoying beeping. This one is quieter and is more like a little tune rather than an obnoxious beep. I like that it has a handle instead of a push button for the door. The exhaust fan for the cooktop has several speeds which is nice. I like the display too. I'm glad we got a better one this time instead of a cheapo microwave like last time. There is definitely a difference.

I am very pleased with this microwave cooks and warms food fast and very evenly. Installation was a little tricky but, that was because it was our first time installing a microwave on top of a range, overall very happy and satisfied with our purchase!

This is a great microwave. Honestly I wasn’t excited about the clunky handle on it but have had tons of compliments on it. People say it looks like something from Top Chef.

Awesome microwave I had to Get a new one went with KitchenAid as it is a reputable brand and I am very happy with that selection

Nice highend microwave looks nice works good built well. Very quite auto fan is nice, lots of pre sets heats up fast.

This microwave was a warranty replacement for another kitchen aid that only lasted 3 years. Hoping this one lasts longer but did get the 5 years warranty on this one too.

Amazing & beautiful , I love the stainless double rack inside the microwave. I love the matching dishwasher we paired it with. Love how fast install and delivery were and how our total tech covers us and all our products. @Best Buy you can’t go wrong!

The microwave oven is attractive and works well. The vent is convertible so that it can be set up for inside or outside exhaust. The operation is quiet and the 2.0 cu. ft. size is ample.

Love the Melt and reHeat Pizza options and it doesn't stop there - plenty of options and each is very helpful in the kitchen, especially when you want a perfect result in minutes!

Great microwave BUT my review will continue to Drop if I have to replace another bulb. Bought September 2022 (replaced one bulb within the first year & now another one today)

Replaced a broken microwave with this over the stove model. New microwave works great and compliments other Kitchen Aid appliances.

Love the look. We replaced our 15 yr old microwave with this beautiful Kitchen Aid. Just installed it today. Seems very nice. No problems so far.

Goes with my new range. Works great, was super easy to install ( though it's heavy, so have someone help) and I like the sound it makes when the timer is complete.

Another excellent, well-made Kitchen Aid product. I like the solid feel of the handle, buttons, and other components. Cooking sensor modes actually work as intended. You really get what you pay for with this product. Reliable, and I’m sure it will last for at least a decade with no issues.
