FAILED ICE MACHINE FAN - 15 MONTHS

Of course, KitchenAid support is beyond worthless and won’t assist with this problem…they DO NOT stand behind their quality problems and all but hide in order to NOT provide a support,

KitchenAid ain't what it used to be

Already had fan replaced and just last week the mother computer board. Fingers crossed on this expensive refer. Minor but Water already wearing off dispenser. I saw reviews that this happened to the microwave. Guess refrigerators too.

We noticed the water filter was dispensing water very slowly on the fourth day. Very disappointed with my Kitchenaid fridge. My previous one lasted 19 years .

Nothing but problems... on our 4th frig

Buyer Beware

Bought the additional 5 year insurance on this too (who would have thought it wouldn't work at least for a year?). Called best buy 11 times to get a return kept getting hung up on. Finally reached someone and then they told me fridge is out of stock. Now they are sending a repair person for a brand new $5,000 fridge. Fridge looks nice but that's all that is good about it.
