The be oven died after using the self cleaning mode. It blows the fuse and you can’t open the door. It is a known flaw that they acknowledge but won’t fix. You have to break the door to open the oven. So you will need to buy a new oven because that voids any warrentee you have.

I was impressed with the first one and decided to get a second Kitchen Aid oven. The upgrade after 12 years have definitely improved. I’m happy with my decision to purchase another Kitchen Aid oven.

It had to be replaced. Apparently, the oven isn’t venting moisture properly and it penetrates into the display board. It might be a design flaw….

Really great oven

I paid for Installation and everything and yet I had to get someone to do it ourselves so I’m not happy at Best Buy at all.
