I'm 6' and found this chair to be suitable for those 5'6'' and under. The "headrest" is at my shoulder blades....the seat depth (not listed in specs) is so little that there is no thigh support and the back doesn't tilt back all that much. The arms are thin and drop off too soon for 6 footer elbows. I'm returning and getting a big and tall I guess.

It’s a nice quality chair. Only downfall is it is not very large. If you’re a bigger person it will be a tight fit.
