The first unit that I purchased worked well for 16 days. I had shut the unit down the prior evening and put it in my bag for a meeting the following morning. I get to the meeting and it will not power up even after I plugged it in and it "charged" for 60 minutes (no computer for the meeting!!!). Took it back to the store and Geek Squad worked on it for around 30 minutes and told me that there was a problem with the mother board and that I would have to send it in for repair OR they could do an exchange due to their holiday return policy. I took the "exchange" route and talked them into swapping out the hard drives so I would not have to reload all my software and they agreed. YEAH for Geek Squad!!. Next morning I was setting up to use it in "tent" mode and discovered that the screen would not auto-rotate. The button on the side was working (could turn it on and off and the computer recognized the command but screen would still not rotate). Took it back to the store and after another hour or so of working on it, was told that it was a hardware issue with the sensor and that there was no fix. They offered my money back on the unit but I still wanted the Lenovo because it had all the features I wanted at a great price so I opted for another exchange this time without the hard drive swap. Following morning I discovered that Microsoft had pushed an update onto my computer and during the restart, the computer locked up. I forced a shutdown and restart and the screen was fuzzy and had white flashes running across the top. Shutdown and restarted and everything appeared to be OK. Next morning the computer started up but I could not connect to my local wireless. In fact the computer did not even show that I had a wireless card even though it worked perfectly the prior day so I took the unit so back to the store. By now I am on a first name basis with all the members of the Geek Squad and their manager.... They take a look at the unit and reload a driver and it appears to be working OK. However by now I have lost confidence in Lenovo and ask for my money back. My Geek Squad guy, Jack, says he and his boss were both expecting this the last time I came in and were happy to help me out. The manager noted that he was going to contact Lenovo and let them know that 3 different computers ended up having completely separate problems that required them to be replaced. At any rate Jack went back with me to the computer department and had them show me other options. I settled on the Surface Pro 4 even though it is a lot more expensive. Bottom line is I should have given up after the 2nd replacement. I will never ever look at buying another Lenovo product and after you read this review, if you do buy one, it is your own fault if it fails since you have been forewarned.

Within 6 weeks I had to return the laptop. The grapic card kept crashing and the were several other sytem errors. I could not connect my wireless printer through my network, had to use a USB cable. When I brought home the 2nd laptop, I had not problems connecting my printer or downloading any programs. The grapich are lean and sharp. This is a good general purpose computer

I've had problems with the screen turning off and on periodically and warnings about the video not responding so I updated the drivers and it got better. Now it goes to sleep and wont come out of it, I have to hard boot it, unfortunately for me I'm past the return date so I'm stuck with it to deal with Lenovo. When it works it is very fast and i do like the graphics.

I decided to purchase this computer to use it for both school and gaming purposes at such a fair price. It was worth it since my other computer was failing on me on most homework assignments and gaming was almost impossible.

This was our first 2 in 1 laptop/tablet and it has impressed us in every way. When you fold it backwards and use it in touchscreen mode it becomes a very user friendly touchscreen. When you fold it all the way back it becomes a tablet that is large but yet still feels good in the hands. Battery life is also very good and the laptop is very fast. Overall a great 2 in 1 and I would recommend it.

This is the first time that I purchased a laptop, which have a of a lot of features that are easy to operate and that make owning a laptop a simple and easy process.

I love the touch feature on this computer. It's taken me a bit longer to figure out where to find things on Windows 10 though. I like the lights under the keyboard

Love this laptop was a toshiba owner for years glad I switched. Super fast, meets most gaming needs and I like the gun metal case. Slightly heavy if you travel with it. Seams like strong display connect for switching to tablet mode without the scare of breaking. Not packed with usless proprietary programs like an HP or Dell. Just uninstall McAfee and your good to go. Tablet mode is seamless. So far fast and good construction.....but with any laptop always backup your stuff.

great computer! it has plenty of speed for both gaming and basic functions. looks great and love the tablet mode.

I was at first skeptical on purchasing a Lenovo, but I took the chance. I, myself have always been an HP guy but now with my new Lenovo I am singing a different tune. The Edge 2 is fast, light weight and perfect for what I need, some Microsoft Office, some email and web surfing it makes for a perfect combo.

great bang for the buck...large touch screen, full-size keyboard, ample hard, large memory...all for under $550

This computer is solidly built with a sturdy feel to it. With regard to features and performance, I would rate it as above-average. The "Touch Screen" feature is extremely useful and versatile. I was pleasantly surprised by this. I would highly recommend this product.

great laptop nice color and backlight. fast with windows 10 already install folds into tablet mode easy and really light to carry around only bad this is the fingerprint marks if hands are wet or damp.

Its a good configuration laptop with cool touch screen option. Price is decent and works good with battery backup

This is a great computer for the price, we got this computer for my younger brother who is in college. He is very happy with build and performance .

Kept getting pop massage " video graphic card is stopped working, even Lenovo could not resolve it at first but with second call they updated the drive. kept loosing connection with Wifi connection, Best buy didnt want to deal with it. Lenovo recommended that I should buy a protection plan for another $149 so they'll fix the issue. I called Lenovo on a different day and finally the agent figured the issue and got fixed.Now the Motherbord is failing according to the Lenovo scanning. I I am so disappointed, Love the slick and thin design that earned the 2 stars, but the rest is so much trouble. I will return this prouduct.

Awesome product for the price everybody in family enjoys it and easy to use

I am at ease with this computer. It responds very well. The touch screen (which I didn't think I needed) is great. Good touch on the keyboard also.

I love the touch and mouse option on this device it is very convenient, and the battery life is good also.

I also have a Lenova for work. This laptop is sleek and has a great look. I had to take the first one back after it crashed after having it for one week. No problem returning it for a new one
