Nice size laptop and easy to set up! Purchased for my daughter and she loves it

This has been a good dependable laptop computer. It has the basics for the average user and the bottom cover is easily removed and the battery can easily be disconnected for security. However, I would NEVER buy open box again.

The computer right of that bat is slow. Setting it up was really slow and I thought it was just my Internet but no because I tried it in multiple places. I really had faith in this computer to do a lot of things because I need it for school. But after I returned it, the worker told me it’s made for sending emails and doing basic stuff on it. It has really low memory.

I bought this for my 4th grader and she love using this. The battery life is very god and it is lightweight. I plan on purchasing another one for my 3rd grader.

So far this laptop is performing well. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I had to take the windows 11 OS out of "S Mode" before I could install software that I needed to install, and the PC ran pretty slowly up until that point. Now it seems to be running well.

You get what you pay for not bad for the price but if you can save up more money do it and get something a bit better.

Although, I'm by far anything but tech savvy. I enjoy this device and it's features that make it fun , easy and informative at the use of my Lenovo 14. It's not too expensive at all, I recommend this for anyone who's similar to me that lack in the whole dynamics of this magnificent masterpiece, to try it and voice your opinion for us older folks that really just stick to the simple basic stuff.

We bought this as a cheap backup. It’s not the fastest most powerful laptop ever, but it does work well enough to get things done. Regardless of the bad reviews it has gotten, it is a decent laptop. The biggest reason it is slow out of the box is all the updates it has to download and install. After all that is done it actually boots and runs at a decent pace for its specs.

I absolutely love this laptop. I picked up the Lenovo Ideapad 14” and couldn’t be happier with the value. For under $150, it delivers exactly what I need: smooth performance for school, streaming, and everyday tasks. The setup was quick, and the battery life easily gets me through long study sessions without needing a charge.

One year later and it's too laggy to use. I've never used it for anything other than school and taken good care of it. It takes 10 minutes to start up, and after that I'm lucky if I can get my email to load. In the beginning it was fine, but now it is barely usable. I do not reccomend this unless you need something cheap for short term use.

Good price super slow computer but does the job not at all dissapointed really!

Purchased for my kids school work. Overall is structurally well built. The processing power on the other hand leaves a lot to desire even for an entry level machine. Slow start ups, laggy processing and at times just a bit frustrating even in simple processes.

When we first started using it we hated it had to do factory reset because the setup process kept freezing after we got it set up everything ran super slow but then we took it out of S Mode and its running perfectly now we was able to download google chrome and they are able to do all their schooling with no issues now its a perfect laptop just recommend taking it out of S mode
