I was looking for a Laptop for Architecture school, and I came across this Lenovo Legion. At first I was cautious due to the price, but I can say this is worth every dollar. Speed is amazing , i constantly use multiple software/programs at once, such as YouTube, rhino 3d, multiple webpages, and there is absolutely no lag. Lenovo also has a good monitoring system, such as LegionSpace, where you can monitor your performance and adjust if you want a quiet workspace or a heavily packed performance space. While it has a lot of performance, the laptop is very slim and portable- so take that into mind. Other laptops with the same specs may have more RAW power, but this computer is still a beast. The battery life is good while using intense software ( 3 hours ), but for general use, 6-7. But while battery life is important, Laptops with high-end performance components will always have less battery storage, so don't let that deter you. If you are buying this for performance, don't expect to sit at a coffee shop for 5 hours on a gpu/processor heavy task ( that is common) . The Screen quality is great, and I enjoy the 16". I thought it was going to be more wow, but 2.5k oled is still very good I am just being very picky. I will go back to the first comment and say that the high price tag is great for the balance of this computer. You could find a laptop with better performance, not an OLED. Or choose the 7i version for more raw power- but less portability (battery life). If you find this laptop at a great deal, then get this one 100%.

I had a very good experience with this Lenovo Legion overall. The build quality is excellent, the display looks amazing, and the performance is very good for gaming and everyday use. The laptop feels solid and well-designed, and I was very happy with its overall quality. The only issue I noticed was that, from time to time, the laptop would become noticeably slow or take longer than expected to respond, even when I wasn’t doing anything particularly demanding. It wasn’t a constant problem, and most of the time the laptop performed very well. I suspect it may have been related to the newer-generation processor and early software/driver optimization rather than a hardware defect. Other than those occasional slowdowns, everything worked well. Overall, it’s a very capable and well-built gaming laptop that I would recommend.

The laptop is fast and never lag. Perfect for gaming and productivity.

Ryzen just doesn't cut it, don't stop here if you're looking to play AAA titles on max. It's a nice machine, but it belongs in a lower price bracket.
