I have been using this Lenovo for a while now and have been extremely happy with it. It is very fast, touchscreen works great. I only had issues when updated to windows 10, but the geeksquad helped me get things cleaned up and now it is working even faster. I use this Lenovo for work, travel to clients homes, it has been in my car on very hot days, been banged around a little, and still works great.

I use this laptop mostly for school. I love how lightweight it is and all of the different positions that I can put it in. My only complaint is how warm it gets on my lap.

I bought the computer for my 14 year old daughter and she loves it. She is very proficient with computers. She was able to set it up on her own and only needed my assistance with the very steep learning curve for Windows 8. The display is crisp and the speed of the computer leaves my own computer in the dust (time for my upgrade)! The only thing that has caught my attention is the sensitivity of the touchpad. It seems a little over sensitive to me, but my daughter has no issues with it. Overall, a great 2 in 1 computer. Would buy it all over again.

I really like the Lenovo Yoga Pro 2. It is light weight and small enough to be handy. The key board is easy to use. It seems fast and works well. My biggest problem is making the transition from lap top to the ultra book. I did call Lenovo technical support and they were very helpful with using my ultra book and with adjusting some of the settings. I know when I get used to it, I am going to be very glad that I bought the Lenovo.

I bought 3 of these for my staff and we love them! I was skeptical about the touch screen versus an old fashioned computer, but it is so useful and versatile! I hate windows 8 normally, but it fits in well with this computer and its capabilities! I would recommend this for work or personal use!

My first Yoga would not allow updates to Windows 8.1 or anything else. Not sure if bad software or other. Best Buy readily after 14 day window. New machine works fine, pretty easy set up. Fast and light. On button is in strange location, but once used to it no big deal. Other than middling battery life, excellent so far. Display is great.

It's a thin laptop so small long is the buttons are to be expected but the power button is irritatingly small and difficult to depress also the flipping function does not work with Windows 8 - the sound also seem to be affected for users who really didn't like Vista this can be very frustrating. Other than that Graphics are amazing speed is good and it's super light what more can you ask for

Great laptop. Kinda low battery life compared to others. Got 6 to 7 hours on a charge. Kinda pricey. But it does fold all the way to a tablet. Fairly light laptop but heavy tablet and although the keyboard inactivates in tablet mode, I feel like I'm going to break the keyboard while holding it as a tablet. Otherwise fast and loving it.

Over I would highly recommend the lenovo product. It has great features and is very fast. Would like to see a large SSD and the mouse pad tends to be extra sensitive.

Lenovo was recommended to us by a friend. We are not a family that is computer crazy so something basic and easy to use and affordable was what we wanted. This laptop has met all our criteria - especially the 11 yr old who thinks the touch screen and flip top are awesome!!!!!!!!

I bought this laptop over a MacBook because I thought the price difference was not worth it. I do not regret my decision at all. I may be biased because I actually really like windows and I've always had PC's but I do carry an iPhone and use an iPad for school. Don't get me wrong, I really like apple products but this laptop was a great buy. I upgraded from a Lenovo Ideapad Y460p which still runs just fine but I needed more performance and physical convenience. The Yoga is definitely very lightweight and aesthetically pleasing. This laptop/tablet hybrid can handle photoshop and lightroom so it's performance is pretty great. My only complaints are that the speakers aren't bad but have no depth. Definitely a downgrade from my old Ideapad. The laptop also tends to heat up. The app store DEFINITELY needs an upgrade. The main popular apps are just fine but I have yet to find an app as good as notability or any PDF reading, note taking application.

I was able to quickly get up to speed on it. I find the lower weight and thinner profile handy. I did lower the resolution to improve the use of touch in the desktop app. The flash memory SSD leads to very fast startups.

I bought the Yoga 2 after a bad experience with an Acer Aspire S7. The Aspire stopped working after three weeks. I've had no problems with the Yoga 2. I love that it's light weight, that the top folds all the way back, that it's quick and has a high resolution screen. The battery does tend to run out more quickly than I'd like but that's not a huge problem. Some reviews said that plug for outside monitors did not work but I bought StarTech micro HD to VGA adapter and have had no problems with it.

What I like: Fast machine at least for now after 1 month. Small size. Light weight. Clear and nice display. Not quite like: Windows 8 have to have a Microsoft account to run. Still try to get used to Win 8. No CD/DVD rom. Bought one use the bestbuy points. Basically a Great laptop for college. Got keyboard cover and screen protector from Amazon to have extra protection.

I recently purchased a Lenovo laptop with a solid state drive. I love that it comes on right away, has a long battery life, and is very slim. I did have an issue with the power chord. When I called the Geek Squad the guy gave me a huge run around - trying to get me to purchase their warranty (the computer has a manufacturers 1 year warranty). I gave up and contacted Lenovo. They were great! The tech guy I spoke with apologized for the inconvenience and immediately put in an order to send me a new chord. They over-nighted the new chord and I had it by mid-morning the next day. I give Lenovo (IBM) high marks, I give the Geek Squad a failing mark. It's not the first time I had problems with them.

    Enjoying New Ultrabook

I had an HP desktop for 11 years followed by a toshiba laptop for 6 years and after my laptop crashed I needed a windows computer to run the programs I need (radiology and other medical programs/networks currently not compatible with mac). I wanted something light and easy to carry around. I wanted a computer with full keyboard that felt sturdy because I do a lot of typing, but I also wanted a tablet. I did not want to have to buy two separate machines. I looked at other convertibles, but the Yoga 2 pro felt the sturdiest. I am very happy with my purchase so far and have had the ultrabook for about a month. It surpassed my previous laptop in every way with the exception of hard drive space, but that is ok for me. The sound quality is very nice. I purchased an external disc drive so that I could still use the CDs I own and it has worked perfectly. I love having a backlit keyboard! I have not had as much time to play around with it as I want (studying medicine takes away free time!) but it has been a quick transition to using it for all school related needs. I also love that there is essentially no start up time, something that drove me mad about both my previous computers! So far very satisfied! (Only cons so far- Sometimes the touchpad can be a little sensitive and the yellow color is slightly off, but I hardly even notice it anymore.)
