I received my Yoga 2 Pro as a birthday present and I love this machine! I bought my previous laptop in 2006 and stopped using it about two years ago. It was heavy, slow and a pain to carry around. I recently got a new job where having a decent laptop would be useful. How surprised was I to find this as my birthday present. It's more than what I need for work but I am totally in love with it. While I don't use the tablet mode or stand modes often, I feel like the transition into those modes is smooth and the machine still feels sturdy. I've had my Yoga almost two months now and I haven't had a single issue.

I have owned many laptops, including my last one, the Asus Zenbook, and I like the Lenovo better. It runs fast, has a backlit keyboard and I can flip the screen all the way around and use it as a 13" tablet. I love it, and would buy it again, no hesitations.

A great machine, quite powerful and long lasting battery. Came from an MacBook Air. Weight, size and keyboard similar. Screen resolution is better, although unnecessary in a small screen. Windows 8 is annoying, but not as annoying as Mac's incompatibility with Business Apps I require. Totally satisfied with the product. A windows machine that is par with Apple hardware. For me, the best of both worlds.

This is a great laptop and tablet all in one. The system works seemlessly with Windows 8 and the upgrade to Windows 10 was painless. The build of the system is good as well. The swivel connectors are made well keeping from concern about braking them.

The computer itself is great! But I was not warned about the malware potential threats and there were no recomendations given for anti malware, antivirus or anything. Plus it took some adjusting to figure out how to go from on app to another. I still cant figure out how to close apps, as there are no "x" or "close" buttons, it just keeps all these apps opened. From day one turning on the computer I had pop ups, adds and warning of security issues.

The device fired up right out of the box and lasted almost 6 hours, now does much better with an entire school day off and on accomplished on one charge. The wireless adapter has issues however as the unit struggles if the wifi signal is weak. Also, there's no Ethernet jack. My bad, I bought without looking; I guess had figured who the F builds a machine without an Ethernet jack. When I tried to return, they wanted a 15% restocking fee so I've made due making sure I have wifi at any place I go to work. Otherwise however it works well. Oh wait, unit requires you decrease the resolution to 1080 on Netflix or streaming video, or it lags even on our 20x50 pure fiber internet...

Wanted to love this hybrid, but returned it (Thanks Best Buy for good policy). Lightweight, powerful, great screen (although some programs don't like the 3200 x 1800 resolution (e.g. Quicken). The form factor is great and lightweight. I didn't mind the exposed keyboard in stand mode, and could have lived with the well known yellow color issue. However, the well known poor Wi-Fi card resulted in terrible connection speeds and even drops from time to time. Also, could not get Wi-Di to work. Finally, when connecting a Bluetooth mouse, the system hiccupped and I lost Bluetooth altogether. Lenovo support was terrible and 1) they told me to do a System Restore and 2) they wanted me to pay for sw technical support - for a brand new machine. Lenovo needs to build these machines with the newer Intel 7260 abgn card like their competitors are doing (i.e. Sony, Dell). I did not want to replace (let alone pay for) the old single band "N" only with a new card on brand new machine. And they do need to fix the yellow issue (yes, I was running all the latest Bios, drivers, etc. according to Lenovo web site). Too bad.

Overall a good buy even though it is a bit pricy. Did not have a single wi-fi or internet connection issue like I read in some other reviews. So glad I didn't let those reviews stop me. Unit is fast and screen quality very good. Only issue is you have to get use to Windows 8. But after a week it was not a problem and I also used the desktop view option a lot which is just like W7. So nice to have a laptop in my home office and then a tablet on the couch when relaxing.

I've had this for a few months now and I'm loving the speed of this thing. It turns on in an instant and shuts down super fast as well. I'm not too computer savy so I can't say much about the specs. All I can say is that I really like my new laptop!

This is the MacBook Air for people who.... hate Apple. It's extremely powerful (fast) yet doesn't make a big deal about it (quiet and mostly cool). The Yoga-ness of it mostly useful - I use 2 of the four 'modes' (regular laptop, tablet), but I can see how the two other modes could be useful for some. Viewing Netflix movies is incredible (great sound and of course, the picture cannot be beat by anything Apple). Two issues however: 1) the 4K screen is so fine, the resolution maxes out some apps so that they only display in a tiny window, that is nearly unreadable. But this has not happened with anything mainstream such as anything with browser, or Windows 8 apps. But some non-Microsoft Windows 7 apps have been useless to me. Other issue: the WiFi is mostly perfect, but 10% of the time is seems slow.

This is a good laptop with one issue. I use it for home and work. When I use it for work and use remote access, the image on the screen is very tiny due to the super high definition screen. You either have to lower the resolution of the screen which makes it slightly blurry or use the magnifier which makes its a little difficult to navigate the entire screen. You will see that others have posted this issue also. I realized this after buying the laptop. The laptop is very light and portable with full windows functionality. Overall good computer. I hope they resolve the screen issue when using remote access. Levono states its a Microsoft problem and Microsoft states it is Lenovo's problem.

I bought this to be my main laptop for my accounting and tax business. I have found that this is better suited be my second as it does lack the number pad and is short on USB ports. I do like that it is light weight and can be used in multiple modes. Does seem to get pretty hot.
