I haven't been able to use my new window unit yet bcuz I didn't realize I had to switch out the plug and route a wire with hire voltage. I'll update once I hire someone to do all that.

Have not yet had reason to use the heating functions but the air conditioning capability is excellent. I have a large living room and it is able to cool the entire area.

Best Buy does. Or do maintenance on air conditioner. They charge you but at the end don’t do anything
