Very nice sleek and modern microwave! It has a lot of nice features including Wi-Fi. It 2.0 cf but has the same footprint of or old 1.7cf. That made the installation a breeze! I think we will get many years of great service from this machine.

We were in the market for a new over-the-range microwave when the handle broke off of our old one and the replacement handle was obsolete. I had just got a gift card for Best Buy and decided it was a perfect opportunity to look for a new microwave. We went to the store rather than looking online to ensure we got the right size/fit that was within the budget of the amount on the gift card. We had some requirements on what we wanted so the sales rep pretty much left us alone to look. The LG had a sleek design and nice features as well as being reasonably priced. It was easy to install and the templates it came with to assist with the install were quite accurate. We haven't had it long so I do not know all of the features but one thing that is nice is the hi/lo light setting. Also, it runs quiet and the 4 fan settings make it easy to regulate the fan noise and fan powered needed. It looks amazing and so far I love it.

Looks great and functions really well. This microwave oven is quiet and has a very good above range multi speed fan. One touch minutes start is nice and the tones it makes to alert when food is ready are nice. We really like the easy to clean single piece door.

This microwave is just awesome! LOVE that there's no handle to crack/break after a few years. We've had this happen with 2 previous ones. The inside seems huge and is so easy to keep clean. I love how sleek the front is and how intuitive it is to use. My elderly parents had no problems using it when they came to visit, which is a big deal because anything electronic is challenging for them. Installation was straight forward and the templates were easy to use. I would highly recommend this microwave!!

So far I'm pretty happy with this microwave. Install was a breeze as long as you've got some basic tools. Also, plan to have someone around to help hold the microwave on the back plate while you install the top mount screws. I really like the design of it, especially the hidden handle pocket on the side. It gives it a modern, sleek look to it. I'd highly recommend it if you can catch this microwave on sale.

We had an old GE unit that was not worth repairing so I did some looking on Consumer Reports and Best Buy. Turns out this LG was just what we needed: controls that are easy to use, sleek design, even cooking and features we've never had before but are so glad are included. The venting is quite good. I use it over the stove so good air flow helps when cooking. Ignore reviews that mention the inside light doesn't work. I found that it's just hard to see unless I'm up high enough to look down over the dark bottom tint on the door to see the light shining down on the turntable.

Powerful and sleek. Tons of optons to choose from. The light inside could be brighter but I'm not watching it cook.

Very sleek design ease of operation new exposed handle it looks like I have a television in my kitchen. It’s so fabulous. The cooking cycle has a cute little musical tone when it’s over, but it really cooks. Great so many preset options. Spacious 2 cu interior

The LG 2 Cu. Ft. microwave we purchased from Best Buy in Eau Claire, WI., was exactly what we needed to replace our old microwave that lasted us 12 years. The design looks great in our kitchen with the rest of the black/stainless appliances. The cooking features are handy and the item is easy to use for our children. The LED lighting underneath is way better than the old microwave and illuminates the stovetop well. The door is easy open/close and it's easy to clean.

We have had this microwave for about 4 weeks. It looks sleek.The basic functions work well. Opening and closing the door are pretty quiet. The light is a bit too dim though. Ordering and installation were very fast. I ordered online on a Saturday and it was installed on the following Tuesday. Installers could pay more attention to where to drill holes. Unnecessary holes were drilled on the cabinet as the first try was marked incorrectly.

I love this microwave. I’ve had it over a year now and I’m still completely satisfied. I love how sleek it is, but functional. Lots of people think it’s a tv at first. Lol. It has so many things I want and need. I use the melt function, soften and defrost the most, and it gives you different food item choices. Of course I use the cook function and reheat. I use all the different power choices depending on what I’m reheating. It also has a lot of options I probably won’t ever use. You can connect to WiFi and different products have QR codes I think that will program the cook for the microwave. Don’t think I’ll be using that. It actually never crosses my mind. In whole this is a very good product. I only have 2 drawbacks. I use a plastic dome food cover while I’m cooking. It has magnets on top that are intended to stick to the top of the interior of the microwave. This one is shaped differently from other microwaves I’ve had. The shape makes it very hard to find a spot where the cover can stick and stay. It often falls down when you shut the door. Which is the second drawback. The door is very sleek but very big. Sometimes I have to lean out of the way or just duck. The fam laughs at me. But these things are very minor. I still give it a 5 and recommend this LG Quality Microwave.

Love everything but the light that lights up the stove top. This light in my old microwave was a cool LED light. This light appears to be an incandescent bulb. When using it to light up the stove top, the MW actually gets warm close hot inside of it. Will probably change for a cool LED more efficien light, if possible!

This microwave looks and performs great! Would have given it 5 stars if it didn’t play some jingle song when timer goes off. You can turn sounds off but you really want to know when it’s done.

Like this microwave. LG products are very reliable. Very easy to use. Easy to clean. Looks good in my kitchen. Lol

Bought this microwave to replace my 18 year old microwave that started dying on me. I paid for installation and haul away of old microwave and I can see this is an impressive microwave. It has smart app capabilities that I am still testing out but this thing looks like it will be lasting for a good while. I love the design and the futuristic look to it. It has plenty of features and internal space for large things to microwave. I would definitely recommend anyone whose willing to spend the money to buy this microwave.

Looks sleek and has many upgrades from my replaced microwave that was only 6 years old but stopped working. I love the sensor cooking options. The vents are much better then previous microwave. It heats quite quickly. It was time consuming to install but instructions were good. You need two people to install due to weight of item. Still trying to use the wifi festures but the app kept crashing.

Loving this microwave! Looks sleek, no handle sticking out. Easy to use and pairs with WiFi/ LG App. My house was built a long time ago, so I never had an over the stove microwave. I’m definitely not disappointed that I decided to put one in. This microwave accents the stove perfectly!
