unfortunately right before christmas our fridge quit on us over night. luckily my wife found this fridge on best buy.com at a local store in the open box section. it has a small dent in the corner of the freezer door, which made no difference to us as it still functions perfectly. the dual ice maker was awesome during christmas dinner when the entire family was at our house unlike thanksgiving when we had our old fridge and ran out of ice. we got this fridge for well under half of retail due to the small dent in the front.

This is my first refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and I am totally in love with it. I love the style and ease of use. The bottom drawer freezer has so much room as well and an automatic ice maker. The double french doors are very stylish and I love all the space this product has.

Running quite, like the black stainless color, lots of space.

This is one of the nicest refrigerators I have ever owned. The finish is beautiful and the functions are not too simple, not too complicated. I will say the drawer in the freezer is a little loud and opens when the main freezer door is opened. Would be nice if the 2 were separate. That;s pretty much the only knock I have on it.

The water filer is inside the refrigerator so it takes up space. The freezer doesn't seem to hold much unless you're thinking of putting everything on top of each other. There's a bottom ice maker but it makes no sense unless you use 5-10lbs of ice a day, the regular ice maker on top is good enough for everyday use. The water and ice dispenser doesn't make sense. You'll eventually get used to it but every guest you have will spill water because of the confusing setup. Looking at it seems like any other ref or the soda machines you see at the movie theaters. You think you put the cup on the stand and then press water not knowing that you will spill the water on your hand because it comes out from a different hole. Make sure you really know what you want when picking a refrigerator. Old ref broke so I had to grab something. This was on special so I decided to get it. It does the job though.

The refrigerator has been part of our kitchen for one month. It works well and we have not had any issues with it. Best Buy was great to deal with. I feel they did there best to get us the best price they could. Geek Squad installation was professional and outstanding. I did buy the extended Best Buy warranty.

We really like our new LG - 24.1 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless Steel!! It is awesome, we love the dual ice-makers and the chopped ice we can get! Excellent refrigerator, excellent price!!

so far no issues! We've had it for 4 years and counting and have moved to two different places and have no issues. just be careful with spills cause they can carry over to under the delitray and that is a lot to take out in order to clean.

Love the refrigerator, the only thing I wish is that it had the shelves that slide back so you can put a gallon of milk or any tall items on the shelf vs. in the door.

Very spacious interior and freezer. Love the no fingerprint finish. Adds finises to any kitchen. Caution when measuring, the cut out specks do not allow for the insulation of the sidewalls of the refrigerator an additional 1/ 4 to 1/2 inch should be added.

Refrigerator works and looks great, but there is no room inside to put anything taller than a can of soda in the fridge and the door shelves are too narrow to hold anything as big as a gallon of milk etcn we have to buy 2 half gallons now. Still very happy with it.

Love the black stainless, however it does leave lots of fingerprints, despite saying it won’t. Having 2 ice makers is awesome. Freezer is very spacious. Would prefer more door storage, not much due to in door ice maker

great fridge only problem was unit is actually a little wider than the 35.75 inches advertised in the specs. had to cut down wall width to accomidate but well worth it. delivery personal were great and very polite and friendly

This is one of the most quiet refrigerators I have ever owned. It has plenty of space for a growing family.

Of course we compared lots of options and decided this was the best bang for our buck and its funationality is exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend this model! The dark stainless steel option is really sleek. Couldn't be happier!

Never had french doors before and I need to get used to it but, I must say I love the space it provides! Love everything about it. I do have to admit the ice dispenser misses my glass some but I consider that to be minor.

Purchased about a month ago and no issues no far. Not a big fan of the small drawer in the freezer. Not sure why it wasn't designed to pull all of the way out. Only being able to pull it half way out creates some access issues. Otherwise it has been great.

We have this refrigerator for about a month now. The delivery, setup was flawless. The refrigerator itself worked as expected. No surprises, and that's what we wanted.
