When I purchased my Kenmore top mount 10 years prior I never thought LG would be a brand I would have in my kitchen. 4+ months later I am very pleased with my purchase Roomy. Ice & water dispenser great. And I love the bottom mount freezer.

We have only had this new refrigerator for about a month, but so far it has been great. It is quiet, very spacious and looks very nice.

Great looking and efficient refrigerator which nicely blends in with our recently remodeled kitchen. This model is a counter depth version which still has plenty of space due to its smart build and usage of internal volume. The see through door adds a nice accent to the overall aesthetics of the unit in the kitchen. Quite happy with the purchase and a reasonable price.

I love this new refrigertor. It has lots of space (we did have to rearrange the shelves to fit taller items, but it wasn't difficult. In addition to the door ice dispenser, there is also a bin in the bottom freezer when you need more ice,-like to fill an ice bucket. It keeps the food very fresh as compared to our previous fridge. The see-thru window is cute but really not practical for actual use. We got it on sale, worth it.

Love the fridge. I bought it a couple of months ago. It’s been a dream especially coming from the little Whirlpool that we’ve had for the last 5 years or so. I’ve grown to love the ThinQ app so much that I’ve bought a matching LG range and dishwasher now that we are in the midst of a kitchen refresh project. Quality has been great so far!

Samsung refrigerator ice maker has been unserviceable to two years. Replaced it with LG 25.5 counter depth with freezer and maker and separate door ice maker/dispenser! Delivered on time as scheduled. Two delivery men were extremely cautious with bringing refrg in and installing. Measured doors and hallways and were careful not to cause any wall damage. Courteous and efficient. Love it thus far but longer term reliability, especially with icemaker,is my only concern.

Pros: The new refrigerator has a lot more room than the standard counter depth fridge. The freezer drawer opens all the way making it easy to reach in and get to all the food. The instaview is ok, but if you have a lot of items in the door storage you cannot really see the shelves. Cons: The ice maker is very loud compared to our last refrigerator. The left door when you close it if you have bottles in the door they rattle quite a bit. The water from the fridge is not that cold but is cool. Overall we really really like this fridge so far.

I got this on sale with an open box deal and it was a smart purchase. The fridge is beautiful, quiet, and I hope it lasts a long time. I had to take out one of the shelves for taller items, but I am fine with it. Also, the app lets you know all kinds of info about your fridge. I don't like the touch sensitive water selector, and I am sire that will break one of these days.

The refrigerator was delivered and installed on Jan 3, 2023. In general, we are happy with the refrigerator and the white gloves installation. However, the refrigerator was not leveled properly, which resulted in it shaking when the doors were closed and the doors did not close properly. BB sent out technicians who solved the problem. Now, I discovered that the lower hinge of the left door is coming off. I don't know if it was delivered that way or if usage has caused the issue. I am attempting to get BB to repair the hinge.

Very nice looking fridge. Very spacious on the inside. I've machine tray is a very nice addition. Great design.
