Great looking monitor, super easy setup with Mac and PC. The built smart features are also very nice and response time is quick. Image quality is fantastic with wide viewing angle. The built in speakers are good not great but the monitor as a whole has value in all the features.

This is a TV and a monitor. I bought this for my in-laws thinking it was an inexpensive option, not realizing it was a "smart" monitor, so that was a pleasant surprise. The challenge for people that are not technical (like my in-laws) is you have to use the remote to ensure you choose the correct HDMI input. It's straightforward, just something to consider if you're buying this for people who may not understand that. It was easy to set up and the screen is very clear, it's a perfect monitor for web browsing and email checking :-)

I took a leap of faith with this monitor since I have LG appliances and I have had problems with them, but they say the electronics are better. Time will tell. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. The clarity of this screen is great. Colors seem to pop. It took me a little bit to get used to the smart monitor screen. I am using this for art so the clarity and color are important to me. If it lasts I will be very happy with it.

Great product. Easy to use. Jace was the greatest!! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. In fact when purchasing anything computer related I will only go to him. He works in the American Fork Best Buy.

Very good monitor and I trust the brand, but a bit over priced since I do not use the smart features. Clear 4k video with even lighting and good contrast, but not as wide a viewing angle as I would expect from an IPS display.

I love this LG smart monitor and it is sooo clear! I would highly recommend it to everyone and I love the white color!!

It's the right size for what I need. I love it that I can use it for the stuff I need or if I want I can watch tv on it. Have not tried that just yet. Nice Monitor

We went in to purchase a large monitor or separate monitors in order to view multiple screens at one time. The sales associate took us to the section where the monitors were located and explained to us the advantages and disadvantages of a single monitor vs multiple monitors. Our overall experience was GREAT! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and sent to the correct department and greeted again by someone on that department. Thank you for the outstanding customer experience.

I purchased a new MacMini. Brought it home after Best Buy downloaded files etc from old iMac. I tried to set it up myself.. not so great! Contracted Geek Squad to come out to my house to finish job. Jonathan, came out and finished the job. He was cordial, professional and knowledgeable. While I still need a new printer, hopefully Jonathan will be available to install! Very well pleased!

This monitor is awesome! It's so clear for doing work or watching shows!

This 4K monitor saved me a ton when I upgraded my computer. It is crisp and clear. However, probably since it’s not just a simple monitor, it tends to shut down periodically, so I can’t always bring up my computer from sleep mode as quickly as I’d like. It would be 5-stars apart from this.

I use this only as a second (extended display) monitor for a Mac Studio with a Studio Display. The resolution is very good for the price, as long as you connect with USB-C vs HDMI. The response time is good—the cursor does lag just a little but not enough to affect productivity. I have to give it a 4/5 because after it falls asleep for an extended period of time, it forgets its input settings and wakes up to the home screen, so I have to use the remote and choose PC input. And sometimes it falls asleep and becomes completely unresponsive, even to its own remote control, and I have to unplug it. I've looked for settings to adjust this but there are none as of yet. Perhaps in an update. For the price, this is a great second monitor for me.

Picture quality is great, the built in UI is a little annoying at times, it doesn’t always come on when you turn your computer on, sometimes you have manually turn it on and switch the display input with the remote like a tv. Other than that for the price its great.

Love it. Perfect as a monitor for my laptop and great for movie breaks.
