Actually bigger than our last front loader and very quiet. When the clothes were done, they just felt damp because it spins and drains so well.

I’ve used this for about a month, no complaints! Different cycle options, cleans well. Haven’t had a chance to explore the WiFi capabilities

Our Maytag Neptune finally bit the dust after 19 years and we needed a replacement. After some research via CU and internet sources plus several years experience with an LG fridge, we chose this LG and we are very happy with it. It is quiet, vibration free and, most importantly, does an excellent job washing. Also notable, the spin cycle does a great job extracting the water, so our dryer works noticeably faster. I’m not sure I understand the usefulness of the WiFi connectivity and have not yet bothered enable that. My wife does miss having an interior light, a minor issue, and one caveat here is that we’ve only had it a few weeks, so we have no information about durability.

This is my first front loader and first HE machine. It's very nice, easy to operate, does a great job, and the finish is so pretty. I had to put this in a washer/dryer closet and my set is stacked. It looks pretty good, actually, even though I wish I could close the door sometimes for a cleaner appearance in the kitchen, but heck if you have to look at them, at least they're pretty.

Washer looks very nice and does a great job washing our clothes and even our large king size comforter. I love all the wash cycle options and the fact that I can connect the washer with my phone. I would definitely recommend this washer and matching dryer set!

I purchased this washer to replace a 10 year old LG washer (model WM2688HNM) and it doesn’t stand up to the same quality as the old unit. Despite LG’s true balance promise, my washer shakes excessively despite it being properly seated on a concrete slab floor under a perfect balance. When the door is latched, there’s still considerable play if one were to pull on it. Lastly, wash cycles are simply way too long. For a “regular” load with a half full tub, the washer sets the cycle at 1 hour 15 minutes, and were not changing any settings, eg, soil level, extra rinse cycle. The wash cycle is only about 15 minutes, so it goes through the rinse and spin cycles for the remainder of the time. Wish I had my old washer back. I would have attempted to repair it in hindsight.

This washer gets clothes very clean and works quietly.

The machine works amazingly well the drum easily fits a king size comforter, It is scary How quiet this machine is I would definitely recommend this if you're looking to buy A LG washer at a great value. I love the graphite steel color.

Since I bought the LG dryer I had to get the washer too. Always been big a fan of LG products and their washers don’t disappoint. Even better were the professional and friendly Best Buy installation guys. A+

Bought this one in an emergency. My wife was skeptical of it but we have had great luck with LG appliances. Love the large capacity and ease of operation.

We had an LG washer before and had it for years and then it quit, so we replaced it with another LG washer front loader. We really love it.

We love our new LG washing machine and it looks great with the stacking dryer to match. Very easy and efficient to use.

I just switched from Samsung to this washer and was suprised that it's taking twice longer my regular washing time. I've never exceeded 1 hour for normal cycle with my old washer but with this one it's constantly taking almost 2 hours! Even empty cycle is more than 1 hour! I have used other LG model at a friend's house and it was even shorter than my samsung usually. Hence the motivation for my purchase. Turned out this one might be one of the bad apple. Called LG and was told that I overload and supposed to put just a couple of shirts and pants in a cycle, which is ridiculous.

Works great, looks nice it’s the Mike aker or washing machines. Not fancy but gets the job done.

Love this washer. The color all the options but very simple to use

Solid machine. Settings are a little quirky - it wont remember that you want a cold wash, it refuses to default to that. Otherwise a good machine so far - kind of weird these reviews are required so early. 6/12/24 months from now is what people want, right? I know I did.

We are pleased with our LG washer. LG has a good history with our family.
