Overall it’s a good quality TV for the price point. Screen brightness is good and colors are decent. The screen’s blacks aren’t the best and it’s not going to compete with my more expensive Samsung, but this was a good TV overall for my daughter’s room. More than anything the biggest con is the user interface is a bit slow to react, but you get what you pay for and this is at least comparable if not better than most of the other budget third party TVs we compared it to in store, so we are satisfied.

Unless you want to change the channel back and forth to get the sound back on get this tv. The sound consistently goes off after being on for more than a hour . If you change the channel the sound will come back on but its very frustrating to keep changing the channel back and forth especially when babysitting 2 small kids . Best buy only has a 15 day return window so beware .

Hi, Nana. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG TV (43UA7000PUB) model. We understand the importance of having a TV that delivers consistent audio performance. One helpful step you can try is turning SIMPLINK (HDMI‑CEC) off in the TV’s settings. External devices can sometimes trigger audio interruptions when CEC is enabled. Easy setup. Great picture and user friendly. Light weight so it wasn't hard to get out of the box. I am able to use my giant button remote. Good size TV for the bedroom The only complaint I have is that I had to change my Wi-Fi password because the TV didn't have one of the special characters that was in my password. Easily connected to the WiFi

Pro: Good picture/sound quality. Fairly easy set-up. I was hooking it up to cable, an Amazon Firestick, and our Samsung receiver with 5 additional speakers. The salesperson pulled up a picture of the back of the receiver and we touched base on what HDMI cables went where. Very helpful. The price tag made this unit extremely affordable. Very surprising what with tariffs. Con: Typical little remote with tiny buttons for the streaming function (pause, play, fwd). I much prefer using my Firestick remote. The back and forth with streaming to cable is a little tricky. Lastly, I don't like the 'legs' ... last TV had a large platform in the middle making it easy to move around.

I've been a big fan of LG for a long time now, and this is actually my third TV purchase from them. Once again, they haven't disappointed. I really enjoy was how fast and intuitive the WebOS UI/UX is. It's really responsive and easy to navigate, which makes a big difference when you're just trying to hop between streaming apps without any lag. One of the biggest selling points for me is the HomeKit compatibility. Since I'm already deep in the Apple ecosystem, being able to add this TV to my Home app is a huge plus. It's great being able to use Siri commands or set up automations that include this and the other LG TVs in my house. I was honestly surprised by the picture and sound quality considering what I paid. The HDR is impressive and the colors are really vibrant, which makes everything feel much more immersive. I was a bit skeptical about the AI features at first, but they actually do a great job of enhancing the experience without making the picture look artificial. Plus, the TV itself looks beautiful on the wall. The bezels are incredibly slim, giving it a very modern and minimal look. The only real downside is the remote. It feels way too cluttered and isn't very user-friendly if you're trying to use it in the dark. I constantly find myself pressing the wrong button because the layout is very cramped and every button feels the same. It's definitely my least favorite part of the package, and I'm honestly considering picking up a third-party remote to replace it. Even with that one gripe, the TV itself is a fantastic value and I'd highly recommend it.

Good picture quality. Easy setup. WebOS is a little slow, but tolerable. Home screen is a little cluttered. I have not figured out how to declutter. TV prefers WiFi rather than wired LAN connection

I’m very satisfied with the TV. Very good quality picture and a fair number of settings to fine tune. The remote is a pain so I use my Apple TV most of the time. Every time I use it the TV offers me the opportunity to use universal settings. First, it’s a pain to use, then says I have to have a magic remote, whatever that is. It gives me that option every time I use the Apple TV and I can find no way to disable it. Love the TV but the remote sucks. Same with the ThinQ app. I have two different LG TV’s and neither one gets found by the app so I don’t bother with that either.

I purchased the LG 43” Class UA7000 Series LED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025) last November, and after using it for almost six months, I can confidently say it has been an excellent TV for everyday use. The picture quality still looks fantastic, with sharp 4K resolution, vibrant colors, and clear detail whether I’m watching movies, streaming shows, or gaming. The AI upscaling does a great job making regular content look cleaner and more detailed as well. One thing I really appreciate after months of use is how smooth and easy the webOS system is. The apps load quickly, navigation is simple, and I haven’t experienced any major lag or freezing issues. The smart features are very user-friendly, and having access to all the popular streaming apps in one place makes everything convenient. I also use this TV regularly for playing my PlayStation 5, and the games look amazing on this screen. The 4K resolution, combined with the vibrant colors and smooth performance, makes gaming very enjoyable, especially for action and open-world games. Everything looks sharp, immersive, and responsive. The sound quality is also better than I expected for a TV this size. Even in my room, which is approximately 12'x17', the audio fills the space very well with clear dialogue and decent bass without needing an additional soundbar for regular viewing. The overall build feels modern and well-made, and even after daily use, the TV continues to perform reliably. For the price, this TV offers excellent value. If you want a dependable 4K smart TV with great picture quality, easy-to-use features, and solid long-term performance, I would definitely recommend the LG UA7000 Series.

We purchased this TV for my 87 year old mother. It needed a clear picture and easy to use remote, along with ease in setting up closed captioning for the hearing impaired. This TV was perfect. We were prepared to write step by step instructions for everything she was likely to want to do. This was not necessary. She loves her new television and has not needed to reach out for help after we initially set it up.

Very happy with this purchase. The color on the LG is just fantastic. It takes a little while to learn how everything works and how to get into broadcast but once it clicks in it is so easy to watch. And I love having a Smart TV! I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

We have been buying these 43" LG TV's for several years now to use in our convenience stores. We leave them on 24/7 playing videos constantly from Raspberry Pi's. they are easy to setup, the picture is clear, and they last forever! You truly cannot beat the value and durability!

I bought this 43” UA7000 to serve as a upgraded bedroom TV for my son, but the performance actually rivaled the much more expensive unit in my living room. The standout feature is definitely the Alpha 7 AI Processor Gen8. You can really see the AI upscaling at work; even older HD content looks remarkably crisp and close to native 4K. The webOS 25 interface is snappy and much more intuitive than previous years. I especially love the 'Quick Cards' that let me jump straight into my gaming or sports apps without digging through menus. Speaking of gaming, the Game Optimizer and ALLM support made my PS5 sessions feel incredibly smooth with very low lag. Pros: Crystal Clear Picture: HDR10 Pro makes the colors pop without looking artificial. AI Sound Pro: The virtual 9.1.2 up-mix provides a surprisingly wide soundstage for built-in speakers. Future Proof: LG’s 'Re:New' program guarantees OS updates, which is rare for a TV at this price point. Cons: The remote isn't the 'Magic Remote' (though it is compatible if you buy one separately). If you’re looking for a mid-sized TV that doesn't compromise on 'smart' features, this is the one to beat

Nice TV. good picture for a great price. Fairly easy to set up. I'm not very tech savvy , but I was able to down load apps from my phone without too much trouble. I love the variety and options with all the apps and all the free stations you can get without needing to subscribe to cable . I also love the fact that LG has its own set of stations and so it's a nice bonus a fun to check out what they offer . Nothing like a Smart TV. I originally had planned on a 32 inch tv for my bed room but when I saw this TV. at 43 inches and a price tag of $199 I couldn't resist sale. It fits my bedroom perfectly with a clear clean picture and good quality sound almost like it was made especially for me !

The TV works well. I am having a couple of issues with trying to cast to it from my laptop which I am still working to resolve. The most irritating thing was the placement of the power outlet in the center of the back behind where the TV would attach to a wall mount bracket.
