    This unit has incredible cooling power. We are using it in our main room, which is about 175 sq. ft., and it gets freezing cold in there—to the point where you actually need a thicker blanket, which is honestly a great problem to have. Because it is rated for up to 450 sq. ft., it drops the temperature effortlessly and rapidly. The smart features are also awesome and super convenient. It integrates perfectly with Google, making it incredibly easy to control alongside the rest of our smart home setup. Having the supplemental heater built-in is a huge bonus for the colder months, too but I won't be using it. Highly recommend this if you want an AC that actually gets cold and has flawless smart integration.
