This product by LG is literally perfection. It is so quiet and does not move around when washing or drying. Second, the overall look and finish is beautiful. Lastly, the technology is very simple to operate. I love this product!!

Excellent product! Older home and didn’t want to cut yet another hole in the side of the house for a vent, so tried this unit. SUPER high capacity, like starship enterprise… there is nothing you cannot wash! Rugs, giant down comforters, every scrap of clothing you own.. VERY quiet, even on high spin, zero shaking. Silent. It’s kinda magic. Cleans excellently and dries VERY fast because clothes have room to breathe in the big drum, no wrinkles at all in jeans and such without having to use any fabric softener. Buttons for both washer and dryer are in the center so no reaching up to get to dryer controls like on regular stackable sets, which has always been a problem in our short-statured house, love that! We had maybe one inch of clearance after removing door to get this down the stairs of our old house after measuring and remeasuring, and I was worried it wouldn’t get down the stairs to our laundry room, but Geek Squad got it in and installed in a flash, best delivery fee I’ve ever spent. Get this! Lint filters are a bit fidgety, but not terrible. Make sure the drain hose isn’t shoved too far down your drain pipe (no more than 6”) or it’ll siphon water back up and spill onto the floor, which happened to us, but was a super easy fix once I realized what the issue was. There are several hoses that go into the drainpipe, the washer and also one for the dryer too so watch out for that. Couldn’t be happier with this dream of a washer dryer set!

I love my new washer dryer tower! It is full size, easy to use, does not require a vent, and fits in the small space designed to take a washing machine in my condo. It works great. It is quiet. It is well designed for ease of controls. It does everything it is supposed to do. The team did an amazing job getting it the space. It makes me smile every time I use it.

I’ve had this unit for a couple weeks now and couldn’t be any happier with it. It’s fast, quiet and reliable. Clothes come out feeling fresh. I was a little hesitant with the ventless dryer but it’s been working great. It does take a little longer to dry clothes but well worth the investment.

This washer and dryer is amazing. I have never had a ventless dryer it works great. Quiet and super easy to use. Washes big blankets and dries them completely.

This thing ****ing rules. Had read a lot of concerning things about the ductless dryer drying times /drying quality, but we have had this unit about a year now and absolute zero issues on the drying front….the timer will usually say 2-3 hours when we first put the load in, however it’s almost always completely dry within 45-60 minutes…..so maybe very marginally longer than a ducted option, but completely unnoticeable to us (and probably most other people, unless another 5-15 minutes of drying time is really going to wreck your life). Completely love it, would recommend.

I had a whirlpool ventless dryer for a few years and it would take hours to dry 1 load (and would get overheated for a second). This combo is fantastic. Dries clothes almost like a vented machine (which we can’t have in our building) and doesn’t add a ton to the electricity bill. Unit is very sleek with a lot of options. Doesn’t come with power cord so make sure you order one with it.

Great product. The only exception when the spin cycle is running for a medium or less load, it shakes the house. When there's a heaver load, it does not. The location is on first floor that is wooden. I did have a warranty service call. the shocks were replaced, the less shaking improved a little. The service repair person stated that the shaking would not go away and that the needed to to reinforce my floor. I did not have that problem with previous separated washer and dryer.

Good washer/dryer combo. Love the sleek look and footprint as well as the ease of reaching the control panel. Washer and dryer appears to work well. Just be prepared for a much longer drying time for the ventless heat pump.

Very appealing to look at and fine lines. It fits nicely into the space necessary.

I had two issues before even trying to use the washer/dryer. The first is when the team that Best Buy hired to deliver and install the system doesn't know how to. I explained I watched the online installation video and they forgot to install the dryer drain line which is clearly identified by a sticker on the dryer door and then argued with me telling me there is no drain line. I ended up installing it myself after they left. Secondly, it apparently doesn't come with a power cord for the dryer. Mind you in order to work it needs a power cord. When you pay $3K for a washer/dryer you expect a power cord for dryer to be included or Customer Service should tell you need to order a power cord. Hopefully it will work great.

Great stackable full sized washer/dryer! Very sleek looking! Top technology!

I am super happy to replace my previous set and get a ventless dryer. It does take a bit longer to dry clothes as expected, but worth the $ savings in power. I was a little disappointed that the feature set wasn't as good as the all-in-one at my other house, but not a deal breaker.

Easy to use and great to have the ventless option which seems to cut down on escaping lint when drying.

Used this for one load so far, drying took an hour and 20 minutes which is ok, clothes felt damp when taking them out for some reason but they felt dry a minute later. Think it’s because the heat isn’t as hot. We had issues with ducting and this was definitely the answer for us! Saving energy is a bonus. On the washer side a normal load was only 26 minutes! The tower is heavy but gave us a lot of room in the space. Controls in the middle make it useful if you are too short for stackable units.

Great product. Love that you can change the tunes that indicate end of cycle. Very cost effective, with the ventless dryer. Lots of choices when you wash. Love this product.
