I was nervous going from a Samsung to LG, it works so nice and so a fast dry time. Handles a lot of clothes at one time also. Very happy !!!

This is the 2 Nd washer I have had in the past 5 years but I use my washer at least three times a day never really has a break It fits pretty much anything I can wash my king comforter with out a problem its huge I love it ! That’s why I got the same one I have the matching dryer that I love also

I am satisfied with my washing machine, size is perfect. I was able to wash a king size comforter comfortably. Small issue -I have not been able to get the pedestal to match. It has been out of stock. Also the lettering on the Settings Panel is difficult to read. Maybe it's the black background.

although i have not used these machines yet my best buy agent was amazing. His name was matthew and he was amazing especially as i really put him to the test. nothing went well with this order from the get go but his patience and willingness to help me figure it out was truly remarkable. I am extremely greatful and on the 3rd try my machines were finally installed correctly with the washer on the right and the dryer on the left....arguably they should have been that way after the initial install but Matthew was amazing at helping me to rectify the situation. the final team to come out and correct the problem was also amazing....they were extremely courteous and amicable and so genuinely interested in helping me .... i must have squealed in excitement when everything worked and they did it so quickly!

We have had this washer for over 5 weeks now. It is pretty quiet and washes VERY well. It's quick! It finishes the second load before my dryer is done with the first load. So far, knock on wood, I have not had any problems with the stinky smell my last front loader, of a different brand, had.

Good capacity and very easy to use. Front controls make for a clean look.

Love the way the door and soap tray are designed. Easily washes king sized quilts and also small loads. Nice to have access to the pump filter. Lots of choices for cycles and options. Easy to clean tub. If there is anything to criticize, reading the settings can be a little difficult at first.

I bought this washer a month ago. It has really nice features. It functions beyond expectations. I’m completely satisfied so far. I would prefer to have text for cycle section options also to be illuminated for easy reading and selection. Best Buy delivery was also very satisfactory.

I am very happy with this purchase and prompt delivery. The washing machine is nice looking and works great. It is quite an upgrade from the previous washing machine that stopped working. The price for this new appliance was very reasonable during the President's Day Sale.

This 5.2 Cu. washer does the job right. It has a lot of good features. It measures the weight of your items inside and throws in the right amount of water needed to wash them so no water goes to waste. Its big enought to wash bed covers and sheets and other large items. Definetly for me its better than newer models available now.

Bought this pair to replace an LG front loader set that was 11 years old. We had some problems with the delivery and installation as the Best Buy employee scratched our wood floors and walls. The machine however is great. Can handle large loads and cleans very well while using little water. Highly recommend.

We bought this because of the size of the tub. It is pricey. It'd be great if LG just released a big tub without all the fancy features and offered it at a lower price. The machine is quiet and had a lot of bells and whistles. I didn't notice that the clothes came cleaner than my previous machine but I suppose clean is clean. So far it has worked well.

This washer has many, many options and it takes a while to figure them all out. I love the antibacterial option, one of the steam choices, for my athletic clothes and pet bedding. For normal loads, the Turbo wash option is great - it cuts the wash time in half! The washer has a large capacity, making it possible to wash all of my king size bedding at once - sheets, mattress pad, quilt. After completing the wash cycle, the door props open slightly with a built in magnet, allowing the drum to dry out, thus preventing that nasty smell HE from developing. Even though I'm still learning about all of the cycles, I am very pleased with the cleaning so far.

Love, love, LOVE this washer! The capacity is amazing for a family. I do only wish the seal was easier to clean but works great!

This washer is perfect and fast for large loads. The clothes are very clean with the turbo wash at only 15 minutes vs. other washer that take an hour. It's perfect for my 6 bedroom house with lots of bed linen and towels.

Used to have a front-load washer in a rental (loved it) and figured I'd try one again. Washes very efficiently and effectively, with lots of cycle options and inputs for detergent, bleach, softener, etc. Very quiet, too. These units are large, so measure beforehand for fit, especially if you add a pedestal.

I haven’t had my new machines long so we’ll see how they hold up. Much quieter than my prior Maytag elite machines. Only difference is I’m noticing the delicates aren’t getting as clean as I would like on that cycle even when I select pre-wash and heavy soil level. Love all the different wash cycle options, really feel this up leveled my laundry days.

I really love my new large capacity washer. It washes blankets and pillows like a champ. The only downside is the mildew smell in the gasket at the door which I understand is common in front load washers these days

The size of this washer is awesome! I can do twice the amount of laundry than before. I like the different options for whatever type of laundry I am doing. The tub clean is great!!!
