    The washer is more complicated than it needs to be, but cleans well. The fabric softener dispenser is very poorly designed and not functional. I've had an LG repair tech out twice to address the issue. He stated that it can't be improved and is a bad design. I didn't have a lot of options at the beginning of the pandemic and was lucky to get this but I would not recommend it.
