||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We are still figuring out all the features and waiting on our cable company to update their features to accommodate the 4K (was told that Charter is updating in Jan.) as some channels (especially local channels) still have issues with sound cutting out and keeping up with action during sports could be better but overall we are happy with our purchase.

Not the best buying experience

I took it back and exchanged it for an undamaged one. The second TV is ok, but it does not have as good a picture as my Samsung ks8000. However, for $500, it is probably worth it.

Very nice TV

Nothing but great experiences with this product. Great picture, easy to use the smart tv aspect. Sound is ok. I would recommend a sound bar, but its fine without it.

Read other reviews of other 4ks and this one had the best rating for the price. Purchased this as a spare tv and will go in the toy hauler in the spring. For now makes a great tv for the basement for gaming.
