I actually returned another bigger, but cheaper smart tv to buy this one. Some TVs apparently make me dizzy and give me headaches, but this one doesn’t. I love the way video games and movies show on this tv. The brightness is customizable, and there is an energy saver mode also. Tv was easy to set up. I love the fact that it had 3 HDMI ports, and I could edit the name of the port to be able to tell what is connected. No problems so far!

I purchased this TV a week ago and it is a good TV for the price. It has a good viewing angle, sound, and the picture is good. If you don’t expect the performance of a $2,000.00 TV, you will be happy. This is just a TV and it will not solve all of your problems. I have an outdoor over the air antenna and this pulls in the same stations as my old TV. We use a Roku but they have the typical apps such as Netflix, Hulu and Sling. The other reviews are correct regarding turning off the energy saving mode to increase the brightness of the picture. It is very easy and is under the picture settings.

All good, no complaints. Big clear picture, easy hook up, light weight. I was told that it’s a low level TV and wouldn’t be good for gaming or movies- but I don’t do gaming or movies so I’m perfectly happy with it.

Totally happy with this TV. Pictures great. Easy to use functions. The quality of this TV is A+. One thing I like is that you don't need to register a credit card to the TV set up before you can use all the functions.

Great picture and lightweight. Only complaint is the stand. My first LG had a pedestal mount that was really sturdy. This one has plastic feet that are spaced really wide, meaning it actually didn’t fit on the table my old one did. So check measurements first.

This is a great deal for the price I paid. The tv is super clear, and easy to use. The internet disconnects fairly often, and my internet is pretty good, so this would be my only issue. However, I do really like the tv and I am so glad I selected this one.

The picture and color is vibrant. Brings 4k to life like. Went in to get a Vizio 4k 55 and saw this cheaper and went with it. This television has met my need for a smart TV LG is a great brand.

Great picture, great price. TV functions are very easy to navigate. It was lightweight and looks great when setup. Totally recommend anyone to buy this unit!

I have had Lg 4 K monitors for about 4 months prioritization buying a 4K tv. So when I saw this Tv on sale I knew I had to get it because of how much I love my LG monitors. First the picture quality is amazing even if the source is just 1080p 4K moves and shows are just amazing along with 4K gaming. The set up was a breeze, the remote is perfectly laid out. The apps are plenty and just the ease of use is amazing. Picture viewing from the left and right side showed no darkness or change of color than if you were watching straight on. There’s nothing wrong with this tv for its price.

Very nice picture, but if you’re in the energy saving mode, the screen seems a lot darker. The sound is surprisingly good! There are a couple minor things that prevented me from giving this tv a 5 star rating: 1) The stands are too darn cheap and wobbly, even with the 2 screws. 2) It doesn’t have the audio connection for my older receiver (will get a converter for that, no biggie). Overall, good TV for $399!

I love my LG 55" smart TV. I connected my Google mini home device to the tv and Alexa echo dot. Works great with both voice command devices

Have this in my family room. Ideal just right size for the room. Easy to operate when I get new laptop will add it to the TV. Great color and sound.

The picture, sound, and depth of this tv are each phenomenal. After about 5 minutes of personal tweaking, 4K Netflix/PS4 Pro gaming/4K streaming were crystal clear. To our happy surprise, this TV was much louder than the loudest setting on our previous soundbar (cheapo depot). The interface is extremely simplistic and the quick tutorial more than suffices at setting up HDR and any other personal settings. The lack of the better remote was a little disappointing, but I use my IPhone as a remote anyways so it wasn’t a huge deal. Also, connecting to Alexa was rather difficult until I realized I was stifling myself. Overall, an excellent intro to the 4K world!

This is an excellent Smart TV, easy set up and very intuitive. Picture quality is clear...glad I bought this. Now looking to buy the 65"

I bought the first one for a computer monitor and the second one to use for grand kids playing with the Wii....I have a home theater system with a projector for movies when family gets together and I'd rather not use that for gaming...The LG TV systems seem to be rock solid and the image quality is amazing...I use Roku and YouTube for streaming as they both give me everything I need in entertainment and learning...I'll probably be getting another LG in the future for a bedroom...The quality is great and the price is too..
