      We are enjoying cooking on this stove! Very solid unit that looks really nice in the house. One of the unique features is that it is a European Convection type oven. Which means that instead of just having a fan blow in the back, it also includes a heating element with the fan. This is so much better than the fan only type. It heats up quicker and cooks better.

      Although easy to use and clean, the leveling feet are hard to adjust. But after leveling at my needed height, all is well.

      only suggestion use an oven thermometer to calibrate, instructions in manual for how to adjust temperature. After months of research, it holds temperature, great btu on top and accurate for output ranges, actually caramelized pork chops on stove without cast iron.
