Customer Ratings & Reviews

The product is great. We had a horrible experience with the delivery and installation of the product and will never purchase an appliance from Best Buy again! The 3rd party vendor is terrible...thank goodness Geek Squad eventually got involved and came and did our installation or our new washer and dryer would have sat in our kitchen for over a week!! Worst experience ever!

No troubles so far. Easy install and quick to use. Need water line for steam.

The best machine I ever had. Its quiet and dries fast and great.

Dryer is beautiful and dries very well. Easy to navigate through the options and settings. However the steam option is not what they tell you it is. We had our first one exchanged because the steam nozzle just squirted water into the dryer drum. And the current one tries to steam but is no where near what you see on demo videos. Very disappointed of this steam option.

This is a very smooth running machine that’s very quiet and performs the task extremely efficiently and effective. Amazingly good.

This is the best dryer I have ever owned! It handles large loads very well, is easy to use, and does a great job in sensing when the load is dry.

Love the new dryer. So far only used it a handful of times but has great features, informative phone app and links to Alexa. Now I have no excuse knowing when my clothes are complete and ready to be folded. Even has a delay feature so I can keep clothes wrinkle free. My older dryer took 3 cycles to dry anything and this does it every time in 1 cycle. Always been a Kenmore, GE or Maytag owner and was nervous to move to this brand. So far, so good. Best Buy was wonderful and very quick to get installed- Installer team was professional and respectful of property

so far so good, I love how it looks, it get the job done

This dryer is so easy to use. It is large enough to dry a week's laundry. Love the steam feature.

Cleans clothes very well and runs quietly. Delivery was on time, and installation was quick and well done. Very happy with this purchase.

It’s easy to use and I love the ThinQ app! I love how quiet it is and black exterior, knob and touchscreen are very sleek! Worth the purchase!

Does excellent job with drying and is very intelligent enough to sense the type of load which saves energy. Will definitely recommend it.

Overall, I highly recommend this dryer. It offers a perfect balance of style, innovation, and performance. The modern features like WiFi control and steam functions are convenient, and the dryer does a fantastic job of handling a variety of laundry loads. It's a top-notch investment that makes laundry easier and more efficient.

It does everything for you as far as settings. I bought this set for for christmas and couldnt be more happy with them. Best washer and dryer we have had! Very eco freindly compared to our old set.
