I bought this TV on Nov/22/18 and in less than 3 months, the lines were all over the place. Also, there was an area that looked like cracked from inside. I reached out to the LG customer service, going back and ford, and they first decided to send a technician to take a look into it. I was OK with that, but they wanted to charge me over $100 for only the visit. I refused that and wanted to speak with a supervisor to give me a resolution for this issue. Therefore I eventually spoke with an executive supervisor and they kept telling me that, according to the pictures that I sent, because there is a crack in the panel, the ONE YEAR WARRANTY does not cover that. WHAT DOES THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY COVER THEN? I informed them that nothing touch the TV. This is again all from the inside panel; the outside screen is not broken or something. Also, I forgot to mention that when I got the TV, after couple days, I noticed that the outside screen is NOT installed properly. What I mean by that is if I pushed the outside screen from all the sides, left/right/up/down, by my finger, the screen will go inside and will leave a big gab; however, they said this is relevant to the issue. If it is relevant to the issue, it should be gab only on the area that looks like it is cracked, left-bottom side, not all the sides of the TV. I should have returned it when I saw the gap, but I unfortunately didn't, and I think I will be taking the long way to get a resolution for this issue. Finally, I want to say that the TV has a great picture with great features, and I just wanted to post my experience here, so everyone is aware of this.

We've had this TV for a year next month, turned on practically 24/7 from day 1, and haven't had any issues whatsoever with it. We did purchase an LG soundbar also, which, together with the beautiful, clear picture on this huge TV, really gives us a true theater experience. Our LG has already performed better than the last TWO new TV's we'd purchased, not to mention we got such a great deal at Best Buy on our LG, it even cost less than those inferior brands! I'd urge anyone who's looking to buy a new TV to definitely consider this one!

One of my friends tried to mount my 60” LG Plasma to the wall, and within a matter of minutes, it was on the floor face down, broken and I had a hole in my wall... with that said, I needed to get a new TV, I decided to stick with LG as I loved my other LGs and with this being my first smart TV, I was very impressed about how functional and easy it is to use with all of the different streaming apps. And 70” was a great upgrade in size from my older one. Needless to say, I’m not mounting this one on the wall.

I spent way to much time listening to the reviews and continue to second guess which tv was best. Well, the answers is easy, this is the best for the money. Of course you can spend a lot more, but why. We have a great picture for online content (AppleTV, Amazon, etc), the design is simple and it looks great on our massive basement wall. So if I can recommend one thing, stop thinking about buying the best tv and reposition yourself to a great tv for $1k. A few more take aways 1. Sounds is great when you add a sound bar, I bought Sonos play bar as it's an incredible addition for dynamic sound. 2. The SmartTv aspects are good but I still prefer my AppleTV 3. Removed energy savings mode and the picture is vibrant, clear and crisp.

I have several TVs of varying sizes and brands but this one tops them all. It's so clear and vivid I feel like people are in the room with us while we watch TV! The size was a bit overwhelming at first and I considered if we went to big this time but it actually doesnt feel that big once your enjoying it. Just the setting it up ha! Setting it up was also extremely easy. Just enter your login info for the apps and go. No need for a Firestick anymore everything is built in and connects with ease!

Originally bought a TCL that wouldn't turn on and exchanged for another TCL that had a pixel out. Gave up on that brand and decided to go with LG. This is my second LG. My first one I bought in 2011 and still going strong. Great picture once I made adjustments. Picture isn't good when you first turn it on as it defaults to low power mode. Took awhile to get it adjusted but once you get it dialed in it looks fantastic. Great picture, great price, no complaints.

This TV setup easily and functioned flawlessly right out of the box. It's a great picture, and pretty good sound with only the built-in speakers. I highly recommend this TV as a value entry into the 4k space. One problem with 4k definition is that movies look more like movies, with nuances of makeup and lighting now well enough resolved that any imperfections are noticeable and detracting. But that's more a review of the technology, not this particular TV.

We chose this TV based on its good reviews and price. The picture quality has been great as well as the sound using the built in speakers. (We don't have it connected to external speakers.) The TV has now been working flawlessly for two months. I would highly recommend this model to anyone wanting a quality TV with this screen size. Although some reviewers indicated they had to make some adjustments to settings initially, we have so far made none. It was fine for us right out of the box. We brought it home from the store and installed it ourselves. It is heavy so you need at least two people to move it around during the setup process. We also purchased a specific TV stand that would properly support its weight. For us, the installation was simply connecting the power and HDMI cables. I did connect it to our wireless router and a few updates for the TV were automatically downloaded and installed in the beginning by LG. Again, we are very happy with this purchase!

great picture........great features........better price

I literally tried about 5 different tv’s before giving this one a chance and let me just say this was the best decision I made. Not only is the 75 inch perfect for my living room, but the quality of the picture is amazing not matter what your watching sports, cartoons, action movies especially the 4K movies it’s exactly what I wanted in a tv with a perfect price to go with it would recommend 100% to anyone

The Best TV EVER. It's beautiful and big, you can literally see this TV from anywhere in the room. Honestly if you have WIFI and get this TV there is not even a need for cable because you can stream Youtube, NetFLiX, and Hulu through the TV. Youtube videos play as clear as day also they do not buffer. THIS WAS THE BEST PURCHASE EVER. Oh and the sound is incredible no need for a sound bar.

Tv seems to be great. Got it for 999 on a Black Friday deal. I have run a 4K movie on it from an Xbox one x and it looks phenomenal. I wish it were 3D as well, but for a low level 75 inch you cant get it all. I hope it holds up. Tv is very heavy and really will test your wall mount. So mount it correctly and don’t leave out any bolts. You need them all to support the weight of this tv.

Great price, great picture and easy to use. Started years ago with a 55”, then a 65”, then a 70”, All LG’s from Best Buy but the person buying our previous home would not make an offer unless I included the 70” TV. So my wife rewarded me by buying me the 75” LG. I jokingly tell people that as I get older my eyes are worse so I have to keep buying larger TV’s. Love it !

So I bought this 75 inch LG as my 2 year old Vizio 75 inch failed. I'm attempting a repair, but decided to buy another anyway. The quality of this inexpensive LG is MUCH higher than the 2 year old Vizio at half the price. It is bright, vivid, and picture quality is excellent. The only complaint is that the menu is kinda crappy to navigate, and it is VERY sensitive to HDMI cables. The same cables that worked for the vizio to have 4K and HDR did NOT work with the LG. I had to buy a few new high speed HDMI cables to get the TV to work. Black screens and artifacts occurred otherwise. Also, there is a setting buried deep in the menu for "HDMI deep color" that needed to be turned on for the Xbox to recognize it as a HDR television. Other than those little gripes, it is a better overall TV than the one it is replacing. Better blacks, better quality. not, its not as good as a 4000 OLED tv. But it is still very, very good.

Top of the line? No. Solid? Yes. Multiple inputs (more than I'll ever use), crisp picture, good sound. Recently installed surround system but prior to that, the tv still performed well on its own. It's a smart tv and handles my internet just fine. Only had it about a month but, from prior reviews before purchasing, if I were to have a problem, it likely would have shown itself by now.

This is an awesome tv and I love it! Great picture and very easy to use. The builtin internet tv app is a great addition. I had no idea there were so many free internet tv channels available. I cut the cord and got rid of DishNetwork just because of this feature in the tv. Im very happy with this tv!

It’s a 4K 75 inch TV, so it’s awesome. The built in sound bar is surprisingly high quality. Being a big entry level TV, you will have some glare. After moving a couple lamps around the room and using good curtains during the day it’s awesome. You will not be disappointed if you buy this TV.

Like the size. Picture is better in newer version. Great price
