We had this refrigerator for nearly 1 month and so far, has been great. It is very spacious, and the glass door gives the ref. a nice look. Overall good design. We looked at many refs and this one had great reviews and decided to purchase this plus the time we bought this the price was down to $2199.00 which made it a great buy. Ice maker works great and no issues with ice spilling on the floor if the glass is placed correctly. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a new refrigerator.

love this frig - it is much smaller than our other frig - but it has more space. I also love it has an in door ice maker but also more ice below (2 boys consume a lot of ice). Great design and features.

We’re very happy with our new refrigerator. We have very small galley kitchen. The refrigerator extends beyond our cabinets about 6 1/4 inches because of the stainless steel waterline (not plastic). It holds a lot more as compared with our old side-by-side, especially the freezer. The interior layout of the refrigerator is just perfect for our needs. The ice makers are easy to access and in all he door access is so convenient. We also like being able to see into the refrigerator without opening the French doors. Bottom Line, we couldn’t be happier with our new LG refrigerator.

The refrigerator is very spacious and looks beautiful in our kitchen! Unfortunately, ours came faulty as our refrigerator’s fan is constantly noisy. Best Buy was prompt to address this issue and we’re waiting on our replacement, but the refrigerator overall looks and functions well. Taking off a star as the delivery wasn’t efficent, our entry way and floors got scratched and we wish a quality control was performed prior to the installation for the inconvenience caused.

My family loves our new refrigerator. The knock door to turn on other side of the door was so fancy. Theres a lot of room inside to put your left over or other stuff. The freezer is huge too. They have 2 icemaker so you don't need to worry to run out of it.

The refrigerator has several great qualities, it looks good, cools down fast and is extremely quiet. These were the main qualities we were looking for. WIFI also was easily to connect. The tap on view door, to see what is inside, works great and allows compulsive refrigerator checkers to see the contents but not open the door--saving energy costs. There are deep door selves which allow easy access to items and make the interior shelves not as deep, also allowing easy access to items. However, this comes at an expense. This is a counter depth refrigerator, and a single door must open widely (because of the long door shelves) to provide adequate access to the interior. Thus, the door does not open flush with the sides of the refrigerator but has a 2.5 inch step-off when it opens and the side corner juts posteriorly. Thus, the refrigerator cannot be flush with the counter, it must stick out some. (picture view from top down) Finally, it would be great to have an option for a half-length shelf in the interior to allow for large items such as bottles and a gallon of milk. In this unit, these items need to be placed in the door.

Absolutely beautiful refrigerator! The water and ice in the door work flawlessly. The water is ice cold and refreshing! The knock knock window is awesome for taking a peek without opening the door.

What an awesome fridge this guy is. It’s big enough to store all that a large family would need. It also comes with a knocking glass on the door that when you want to see what’s in the fridge without opening it, you would double knock on the glass and the light comes on and allows you to see inside. Now that’s cool. So the reason why I gave this item 4 starts is because the ice machine kind of sucks at times. I like crushed ice and so that feature could stay for a bit more development for consistency, because every time I want ice which is pretty often, it gets stuck and you have to go through this whole regimen of opening the trap door and shaking the tray and all this and all that. So you know what I’m saying. Not the best but the fridge is super awesome in itself.

Beautiful counter depth fridge! Adjustable shelves. Lots of space and lighting. The alarm comes in handy with our grandkids. Stainless Steel, and black window really adds to our newly remodeled kitchen. I’m very happy with all of my new LG appliance choices.

The refrigerator is very spacious and very nice, it is a good size, everything fits perfectly.

Refrigerator so far is really nice. Easy to use, easy to assemble, and the counter depth size works perfect for our home.

I love how it looks in my kitchen and the storage inside of it and how compact it really is. I also love the dual ice maker. I didn’t realize how much I missed having a French door and bottom freezer this is way better than my last one. Last but definitely not least I can control it with my google home! “Drops Mic”

Only counter depth refrigerator that I could find with the space and features I was looking for. Love everything about EXCEPT for the two different colored doors. Have no need for the knock see through door and would be happy with a plain Steeles door. Or at least a black door on the other side. Otherwise totally happy.

Lots of space, ice maker works well, easy to organize and access items.

I love my new refridgerator. 2 ice makers assure I will nevr run out of ice. The THINQ app lets me minitor and manage my appliance when not at home and sends messages when necessary! Great internal space but with counter depth keeps my appliance in proper scale with my kitchen space. Stainless finish resists fingerprints!!! Love it!

This replaced my 2016 Samsung that has been on its last legs for the past 5 years. I love the ice in the door instead of taking up valuable fridge space. I’m not sure I find the knock knock window useful - but we shall see.

We love this fridge. Plenty of space and enjoy the multiple choices of ice. With WiFi ability it lets you know when to change the water filter and you can even change the chime it makes when you leave it open too long right from your phone.

It was exactly what we wanted! Very happy with the delivery process and the installment. Is most definitely money well spent. We needed a bigger fridge and this one hold so much and more.
