I purchased this item to replace another pair of LG headphones I had. I like the retractable and magnetized earbuds and weighted neck band. It is easy to switch songs, adjust volume and pick up a phone call. I am pleased with the sound quality as well.

These headphones are very lightweight they sound fabulous great connection sound clarity quality between the people on your end and the other end is good but if you are using them when you’re running exercising they tend to move a lot.

I had always seen these on other people and wondered if I would like them. I bought these headphones and found out why they are so popular. I love them! They are comfortable in the ear, and most of the time I don't even realize I have them around my neck. The sound is good enough that I can use just one earphone and not miss any of the conversation. They are fun, useful, and it's worth every penny not to have to hold my phone in my hand or on my shoulder.

Great battery life and seems durable. I bought for husband who works in factory and I can hear him when I call vs some other cheaper brands we have tried. Recommend for a mid grade pair.

This such a great device. It is light weight, comfortable, and has a great range. I use it pretty much the entire day as it lets me know when i have a call, email, or text message. The battery life is great as I seem to need to charge it once or twice a week. And, it will tell you when the battery life is low. Microphone is excellent and the sound when receiving calls is exceptionally clear!

This is a decent headset for those that want the around the neck style. They do not sound as good as the LG Platinum+, but are about half the price and MUCH more durable (as the other version will split in half with normal use). Not noise canceling, but the sound blocking is excellent. They also don't catch the wind when you are moving, so great for a motorcycle. I deducted a star because they don't have dedicated skip and reverse buttons, you have to hold down the volume button. Makes it a much bigger pain to skip songs, and is a lame way to cut costs.

Pairing on Pixel 4 was fine, but connecting the assistant didn't work at all. The issue is that a "card" should pop up during pairing, but it didn't/doesn't. You have to open the assistant app to set up (and not the shortcut, but from the app drawer). Annoying for the flagship Android phone with Android headset. Sound is fine, mic is good. This is for conference calls and podcasts, so YMMV. Why this ships with ACC at all is confusing; it doesn't sync with video and generally is buggy on Android. The internal upconversion is fine (again, YMMV). Hopefully the default ear tips work for you, because they don't want to come off (without tearing, it feels like). The buds are very small, and I could sleep on them, if needed. Of course, isolation is terrible, but they don't fall out too much. The retraction mechanism probably should be treated gently, but has been fine. Range and connection are solid. Fast charge, and one fewer cable to haul around (now 100% USB-C). A little pricey, but the last ones put in 5+ yrs of service, so hoping the same for these.

I really liked this headset because of the flexibility around the neck. unfortunately where it broke was where the rubber meets the hardware. whatever is being used to maintain connectivity between those two pieces isn't sturdy enough unfortunately. Otherwise, I enjoyed using it. I was disappointed that when I went to use my warranty on it, the store agent mentioned they no longer carry LG headsets.

Had LG headphones that finally died. Tried some over the ear ones and found I did not like them. Bought these and love them, The flexible neck is really nice and the sound is so much better. Easy to pair with my phone. Love that it tells me battery status when I turn it on.

Worth it. Good sound quality. I have been using LG headsets for years. Battery lasts 2 days+...

Love the flexibility of this headset. Had 2 LG Tone Platinum that broke in half at the point where the rubber and plastic come together. This headset is built better and doesn't seem like it will break easy like the platinum. It is lightweight also.

Love em!!! I had a previous pair that I also loved, but these are better because of the flexibility. The last pair broke, but the flexibility of these fixed that problem. Not to knock the 'in ear' products that are so popular now (I actually have a pair of those for working out) but these are are my everyday workhorses because I don't like the sensation of ALWAYS having something in my ear as is the case with the in-ear products. Plus I don't like the fact that those are subject to fall out the ear (happened) where these I just pull out my ear and they are still attached to the unit.

I bought these headphones for my husband to replace his bluetooth earpiece and he loves it. It of good quality and the sound is perfect. The battery also lasts him all day without having to charge till the following day.

This is my 3rd LG bluetooth headset. The retractable ear buds make it better than before. It has good sound and easy to use controls. However, I preferred the previous model's more flexible neck piece. By the end of the day, this one feels a little heavy.

This is perfect for conference calls and noise blocking. The calls are very clear and people can hear me well. Also very comfortable to wear.
