A: There is a button specific to Google Assistant on the right side of the neckband. Just have to hold the button and say "call Jane" and the google assistant app on iPhone (or built into android) will call that person. It will also do anything else google assistant can normally do (like turn on lights in a smart home or read notifications).

A: Yes they are really a great buy
Q: Is there an external speaker?
A: No there isn’t. That was the tone with the JBL speakers! They broke too easily on me so I got the flex
A: They are not water or sweat proof. I would not recommend using them in any type of workout activity.
