    These have been great up until today. The left earbud has gone out and I now have just half a headset. They are comfortable and give me all day use but I wish they would last longer with heavy use.

    I love this style of headset. Its wrap around the neck design makes it almost impossible to lose as opposed to tiny earbuds. I abuse it so the extended warranty saves me. The sound quality for music isnt amazing but good enough considering the convenience of having the set hanging on the neck all day without even noticing that they're there.

    Great clarity, Great Sound, the most important thing is that people can hear me on the other end. I used buds from Apple, and although sound is not bad, people cannot hear you well on the other end. This is a very good product as LG paid attention to microphone. The only thing I would suggest is they need additional rubber earpieces because what it comes with are a little bit too big and it's difficult to keep in the ear for a long time.

    Something has changed in this model. Every time a call is answered, the volume must be turned up again. When the next call comes in, the volume must be turned up all over again.

    The sound is better than previous earbuds purchased 4 years ago. the previous LG earphones - one is still going and another the sound doesn't work in one ear. Overall, fairly good performance

    I have a few complaints since I’ve had it.... it disconnects a lot during calls. Dies quickly but charges quickly! Overall I like it. Longer than I would normally like but wasn’t many available!
