I prefer this form of headphone for taking and placing calls. I used the LG before and loved them also m, but decided to try these out and am very pleased. Sometimes the google assist will read me the texts and sometimes she only announces who I got one from. Not sure why that happens. I would highly recommend these though.

Comfortable Bluetooth headphones lightweight good price

I like how they retract easy the wire that holds the headphones is really thin my only concern is that it could snap out but the sound quality is great.

The LG Tone Flex is a very good headphone. Pairing was good and easy. The sound was good. Phone conversation was good. Everything was pretty good....but...I returned them! I do not think they will last long. What I mean by that is. The retractable wire for the earpiece seems a little on the lite side. One wrong (strong) pull and you could probably pull the wire out of place. I have big, heavy hands. So that's the only reason I returned the LG Tone Flex.

Sound quality is good. The Google voice button isn't worth the extra $50. Doesn't auto shut off as other BT headsets I've had in the past do.

The LG headphones are one of the best in the market, I like the retractable cords that allow me to use them to answer phone calls while I'm doing something else without having the earplugs all the time, sound is good,

Average charge is about 2 days for me.. I don't like to hold my phone. But it does charge fast

Great headset! I use when I go out of town for directions in my ear or for phone calls when I don’t want to have earbuds constantly in my ears. They retract back into the neckband. No complaints with these about my voice sounding muffled. Great product!! Highly recommend.

Very good set of headphones. Great sound and easy to pair up. Retractable ear pieces could retract better.

I've been a big fan of the LG around the neck headphones for years this is my third pair I primarily use them for answering calls, which is why I love that they lay comfortably on neck, are easy to put in my ear, and answer call the multi-point pairing is a good feature

I would say this a good blue tooth. It is light and at time I forget it is around my neck.

Headset is exactly as it should be. The main limiting factor to me is the bluetooth distance is horrendous when you have the slightest interference. I have it connected to 2 devices (work cell and personal cell) and it works great for the most part. Again, just the distance is an issue for me. Need almost a constant line of sight in some scenarios.

Good headphones. I would prefer them to be louder over all, good product.
