The controls allow you to turn the headphones on/off, increase/lower volume, answer calls and navigate music. These pair with bluetooth very quickly once you turn them on, and initial setup was a breeze.

I have purchased several LG bluetooth headphones over the years. I usually prefer this brand for the quality of product. These headphones are good but not great. The sound quality is not as great as previous headphones and it has not been even three months and one of the retractable cords is no longer working. Not a bad buy, but I wouldn't purchase them again.

These so far have outdone all the other few dozens of LG headsets I've had in the past! I love the flex so you can take them off and on without being afraid they might snap (like the many I have snapped in the past)

My husband had an older LG headphones. These are a big improvement. He said the listening quality is great. And very lightweight, he forgets he has them on at the end of the day. Worth the price!

At $129.99 sale price, I expected better sound quality when listening to music. I am not sure how long the retractable cords will hold up since there is no button to retract them....a lot of pulling throughout the day. I am a heavy user, and the battery life needs to be longer. I have my Insignia neckband style bluetooth that I caught on sale for $20, and the battery life is longer and the range is better. People can hear me and I can hear them during calls, though I have to have the volume turned up to almost max. I must say that they are comfortable to wear in my ears for extended periods of time. I also was unable to purchase a protection plan for this expensive LG headset. Buy at your own risk, but I will likely be returning these.

Sounds very good, the flexible touch was such a great improvement specially with job. Totally recommend this headphones if you’re looking for a some headphones that do their job.

This product works as stated ing the ad, but would be better if button worked with google assistant and Siri instead of just google assistant. I believe older models worked with both??

excellent sound quality. I was particularly surprised how well the earbuds fit my ear, as this is usually a problem for me. I'm not sure how long the neckband will hold up.

My husband loves these! If they get too old, we’ve always just bought a new pair. Bought a warranty this time. Will purchase again if we need to.

So far so good! I loved the idea and everything about LG TONES except they don’t have a super long lifetime or maybe it’s me ?! This is my 4th set, I use them all day everyday! So convenient! I just wish they were more durable! We specially for the price and they are no longer warrantable:/

I have had so many headsets similar to this this is by far the best one the voice clarity and quality are by far the best hardly recommend this product

I love these. Really like that it automatically reads my texts to me. Google assist at a push of a button is nice too.

I use my headset while working out. The headset is really a great fit and works well with biking running and lifting weights!
