These are very nice headphones. First, the sound quality. These are replacing my HBS800s and the sound is so much better. The microphone and call quality are also light years better. The antenna and therefore the range and connectivity also seem to be a huge upgrade, but that might be a placebo since I haven't really tried to put that to the test. Second, these are very comfortable. I wouldn't say I have small ear channels, but I have been bothered by a lot of other brands before. These don't seem to give me any trouble after a couple hours of use. I also like the retractable earbuds so that I don't have wires getting caught on things when placing them in a pouch or bag. Lastly the google assistant is a nice feature. Certain un-named phone manufacturers will set up their phones so that you just can't get your headset to use google and it forces you to use their version of an assistant which often is a bit lacking. On both my phone and my wife's it did a good job of making sure it was only using google assistant. I can't guarantee that it will work with every phone model, but my experience is that it helps keep you with google if that's been a problem with your phone in the past. I also tried the google translate function where you talk into your headset and it translates it and plays the translation on the phone, and the other way around. It has been kind of fun to play around with but I don't know how practical it is and how well it works in actual practice while traveling where internet reception may be more questionable. As for cons. I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't have active noise cancellation. I use these a lot at work and sometimes I want to drown out my environment, but I need to focus so I don't want to actually listen to anything. The warnings also say not to expose to water, so don't plan on exercising with it since it apparently can't handle sweat or rain. Despite having a few cons, I feel you get what you pay for and those added features would cost more. I wanted to point them out so that if wearing in the rain or another feature was a deal breaker for someone, they would know this wasn't the right model for them. So, while these don't hit every item on my wish list, there's no reason to dock a star for it.

So far so good. Sometimes the notifications are annoying because callers can hear it, and not as good of quality as my last LG but works !

Upgraded from HBS20. I'm a driver in an open cab and with previous LG headsets the volume was never high enough to listen to music with all the road noise. I'm happy to say that with this headset I don't even have to max out the volume to hear music while driving. Headset volume can get super loud but you have to use "tone and talk" app.

Decent Bluetooth headphones, battery life has deteriorated in a short period of time so I'm not happy about that. Overall is ok

I bought these for my wife because I accidentally washed her Beats. She absolutely loves them and isn't upset about her Beats anymore.

These are an upgrade from my previous LG Bluetooth headset which has finally wore out after 4 years. I love the retractable cord feature, but it's also a concern for me, as it feels a bit weak. Not sure how it will hold up long term. The other complaint I have is they aren't as loud as my old ones, even at full volume. The pros: Fit is awesome and comes with extra ear tips to custom fit to you. Even though it's not as loud, the sound quality is loads better than my previous pair. Blocks enough outside noise that they work as earplugs when I'm riding my motorcycle. Fit well under my helmet without any undue pressure. Again, they could be louder, but I can at least hear my music when riding. Comfortable Call quality is excellent, both outgoing and incoming. USB-C charging to match modern phone chargers. Now I only need to carry one cord. I'm not sure what the listening time is stated as, but I know you can listen for at least 11 hours. Definitely a recommended item
