This is my first experience with using a vibration plate, so I made sure to read the manual and utilize the videos that Lifepro has on their website. Unboxing and setup were pretty easy and straightforward. After registering the Lifepro - Waver Mini Vibration Plate Exercise Machine I was having issues accessing the online videos, after some quick emails to Lifepro they had it fixed and I was good to go. (If you have never used a vibration plate before, please check with a physician before using.) I read the manual and watched several videos before using the Lifepro - Waver Mini Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. I took the advice and started slow and have been working my way up to the higher preset workout levels. I like to incorporate light dumbbells and a Pilates bare ball in my Waver mini workouts. (Lifepro has some helpful videos to guide you in some full body workouts, I do recommend checking those out.) So far I have only worked up to the P05 level and after 15 mins on the machine doing squats and light dumbbell lifting, I feel like I’ve gotten a decent mini workout in. The Waver Mini really makes you focus on your balance and I feel that is very helpful for me as I get older. The Waver Mini is fairly quiet when using it, other than the initial starting and stopping beeps. I have been using Lifepro - Waver Mini Vibration Plate Exercise Machine for leg recovery after heavy workouts in the manual mode and seems to help relax and energize my legs at the same time. I have also used it at the end of my work day to relax my legs as I stand all day at work, the machine does seem to help my swelling reduce in my legs after a long day. I have heeded the advice of the Lifepro company and have not used the Waver Mini Vibration Plate for more than 30 mins in a day. I personally keep it to a 15 min preset workout as my body is still getting used to the vibration of the machine. The Lifepro company customer service has been really easy to contact via email for any questions I have had and helps you feel like you have support. Overall, I’m still getting used to the vibration plate and will continue using the Waver Mini as a quick way to get a workout in and to relax my sore legs.

I had never heard of a vibration plate. When I looked one up online, there were plenty of videos with all kinds of workouts and exercises. After reading and looking at all the health benefits. I was excited to try the Lifepro Vibration Plate. The plate itself is built well. It is moderately sized and it's easily movable. It's easy to set up. It comes with strap attachments, which I chose to remove. The instructions on how to use were simple. This led me the only negative. The remote came with no batteries. Maybe I missed it inside the packaging, but no batteries in 2025 is terrible. Once you turn the vibration plate on, you are greeted with a lower and mid body sensation. It's like a lower body massage with tingles. Based on the speed of the device. After the first 5 minutes, I got off just to see how I felt. It was an amazing feeling. It was like my feet, legs, and lower body has just recovered. I even let my roommate try it out. She fell in love with the vibration plate. She has arthritis and bad joints. She has been doing 15 minutes each day and is feeling better. So we both have had positive experiences. I've had lower back pain myself. After doing my daily vibration routine I've yet to feel that unwanted sensation. The device has a timer on it with many different settings I'm still figuring out. I used the manual settings that way, I have control over the time and speed settings. I did read how the device helps with Lymphatic Drainage. Overall, this is a device I plan to get a lot of usage out of. There are so many reasons why one needs a vibration plate. With just a quick, simple 15-minute routine. One can incorporate good health, improved muscle strength, and enhanced circulation into one's life. Who wouldn't want that? I highly recommend the Lifepro Waver Mini Vibration Plate

    Excellent Fitness Machine

If you can't afford a personal trainer or a gym membership, purchasing this machine brings the gym to you. Additionally, having access to this machine at home is a convenience and a time saver. My wife and I love how simple and easy the Waver Mini Vibration plate is. Very easy, from unpacking to straightforward setup and navigating the settings. The compact size (mini) is convenient to use almost anywhere and to move around. When not in use, storage requires some lifting, but it is manageable for most users. Once ready, you can start a fitness session without any hassle. At a low setting, the vibrations feel gentle yet effective, engaging the muscles. When exercise is intense, it boosts circulation, relieves joint stiffness, and loosens up tight muscles. You can use this machine while watching TV, and it fits perfectly into any routine. The convenience of use helps me stay consistent. It is excellent at night after a long workday. The modes available are program mode and manual mode. The program mode has three primary speed categories: low, medium, and high. Low and medium both have three options (settings: time and vibration speed) and high has four options (settings: time and vibration speed). If you register the product within 7 days, you will be eligible for a lifetime warranty upgrade. The product information package includes a notice to ensure the power cord is securely locked in place correctly to prevent it from loosening during use. If not, it will disconnect easily. It's a plus that it comes with a remote control, two resistance bands, and four mini stretch bands. To conclude, I am impressed with this product and the health benefits I've noticed.

    MAX Out on the WaverMINI

To give me another indoor exercise option for bad weather days, my interest peaked a few years back to explore vibrational fitness plates. Turns out the Wavermini option of the LifePro Fitness collection comes in at a reasonable price for a 22 lb, ruggedly built unit with lots of sophisticated digital support. The remote affords ease of selection from Manual settings to 0-9 Preset routines and 99 plus variables. The rate of vibration can be increased not only with the remote but also just by repositioning your feet on the platform. Just widen your feet on the platform from a closed position to increase the rate of vibration to suit your tolerance. Based on the logic that choosing to walk across uneven cross-country turf perturbs muscularity in a more beneficial way than walking on a flat unchallenging surface, you can bet just standing on the Wavermini will similarly deliver lymphatic drainage and muscular stimulation better than choosing to do nothing at all. Usually when I take that one step to just stand on the Wavermini, I can't resist getting 'more' done. After 50, research and experience prove true that 60% strength training is an essential part of training for longevity to maintain bone density and muscular tone. Use it or lose it. Though I am not into a lot of heavy lifting or high impact workouts, this platform allows me to escalate my bar bell squat routine to a higher level without having to buy a large system of weights. Another strength building option is to attach the long resistance bands with handles. I work my upper and lower body in one session, standing in one place, without having to work through a circuit of machines! No gym membership saves time AND money. Session consolidation saves time, especially helpful when free time or 'au plein air' time is limited by a hectic schedule, unsavory weather, or air pollution. When energized enough to up the ante, I am at start-up on the lowest level of resistance with the latex mini bands included with the kit. I restrict the movement of my legs to increase sculpting potential of squats and lifts. The genetic cards I was dealt means that as a Blood Type A, I must be hypervigliant about diet and work three times as hard to build muscle as Blood Type O’s. (Verify the science via by Peter D'Adamo ND, among others over the past 100 years.) So mindful adherence to protocols has made a substantial difference in reducing volume in my target areas but, now at a plateau, integration of the Wavermini takes me to a new level of lymphatic drainage, etc. for an even more sculpted physique. Moreover, studies inspire hope that integrating another realm of vibrational frequency can bring me closer to the aesthetic balance I seek beyond what's being achieved with my trampoline, percussion massager, red light therapy, PEMF exposures, and more. Bioenergetics like tuning forks and acupuncture are also points of entry for therapeutic vibrational frequencies to consider. I use the subtle energetic frequencies of muscle testing to identify which protocols are for my highest good. Therapeutics from subtle to large vibrational frequencies can get results while the realm of EMFs from electronics can be deleterious, relative to distance from the body as well as existing toxic loads on an individual's immunity. Check your load! Over the years, visible results have kept me motivated to not only integrate new tools but to also remain dedicated to eating blood type compatible foods while detoxing toxic exposures. It's the daily loads that are the creeping hormone disruptors that block weight loss and turn on genetic markers for premature aging and disease. As a holistic practitioner, I have gotten push back about the power of lymphatic drainage but find that anything you can do to increase circulation i.e. like the Wavermini promotes release of toxins on a cellular level. I find the Wavermini amplifies healing results from oral detoxifiers, skin brushing, detox baths, one meal in and one meal out, with a routine that jostles the vagus nerve and lymphatic system, enabling regular waste elimination on all fronts. After first use while in 'downward facing dog' and other yoga poses, my usual points of resistance were noticeably free of lactic acid. Since the Wavermini gives me a full body massage, I switched my hand-held percussive massager duty to target only hot spots. For ease of movement between locations, the unit's lightweight portability is a blessing. When totally wasted after yard work, I just sit on it for a good shaking out or use it for a foot and calf massage while watching TV or while sitting at my desk. Also, the motor is super quiet so late night use will not disturb the 'sleeping'. The unit is very stable and does not easily flip; but, bear in mind, 260 lbs is the limit. Lifepro affords a Lifetime Warranty for a near risk-free investment at a reasonable price point. Though a repair has not been required, the Warranty promises replacement parts with tech assisted installation by phone. If any repair is unsuccessful, a new unit will be forwarded. Fastest registration ever! Thought I was in for another personal data grab but ~ five lines and you're done. The hard copy Manual and/or the online guide inspires an endless array of options to engage the Wavermini. wavermini.lifeprofitness.com gives me another tool from their product line to refuse the risk of surgical or synthetic penetration that results in nerve, capillary damage, and/or permanent disfigurement, visible or hidden. (See the Model Linda Evangelista Story.) This is an overall great buy for fitness enthusiasts who like in-home options.

I have been looking for helpful home gym exercises equipment and was highly curious when I saw the Lifepro mini waver vibration plate. I had to look up what the difference was between the mini version and regular and it was that the mini vibration plate could only handle up to 260 lbs. I was relieved since I had been trying to continue losing more weight after an injury. I noticed that the Lifepro website has plenty of videos for exercise ideas to do with the wave plate but also had other written information that I found extremely helpful. Initially when I took it out of the box, I had trouble getting the power turned on and thought I was missing a step but finally everything worked correctly. I was thrilled when the power finally turned on. The power cord connects at the front of the plate, and they say to make sure you firmly push it in to secure the connection. I then tried to find out if the red power switch in the front was supposed to be up or down since the material did not specify. I was excited when the machine worked properly, and I was able to start testing it out right away. I initially connected the long bands on each side of the plate through a ring on the bottom that you slide out. I tried on a couple of the different tension bands that were included but it was a little more cumbersome at first because of my thick legs. The handbook that comes with it is invaluable because it gives you all the information you need to get started and then you can decide if you want to try a preprogrammed setting or a manual setting. I went with the preset ones first because I decided to multi-task and raised my desk for work from home and was able to balance and work easily on the first two low settings. They describe the low settings (P0 to P2) to be great for starting out, detoxification, increased bone density, improved balance, lymphatic drainage, and improved postural control The Medium Settings (P03-P06) is supported perfectly for people with arthritis and fibromyalgia, joint maintenance, improved postural control, increased bone density, improved balance, and cellulite removal. The High Settings (P07-P09) are great for increased intensity per handbook. It is great for increased intensity, fat loss, muscle growth, highly increased bone density, power accumulation, and HGH release. The book has a longer section on the various selections you can try to make the workout session, something you would like a challenge on. One of the best features of the Lifepro mini vibration plate is the lightweight handheld remote control that you can change settings with or stop your workout immediately if you need a quick break. I started using the machine before going to the gym and on other days I would just use it at home for different settings to work out other parts of the body. I am already impressed with the changes I have experienced with different areas of my leg muscles, glutes, and lower lumbar. I look forward to building up to the higher levels of preprogrammed settings to achieve better balance and build up more muscle. I will be recommending this brand to my friends and family depending on what their fitness level is at.

Lifepro Vibration plate - feel the vibe!

The Lifepro Waver Mini Vibration Plate really does what it says. This little plate vibrates like mad! I had heard a co-worker talk about the benefits of a vibration plate so I decided to give it a try. This is amazing, you can feel it throughout your entire body. Depending on how close together you place your feet, you can get a different feel to it. First, the device itself is small - but not too small, it's exactly what you need without taking up too much space. It can slide under my couch no problem when I'm not using it. Set up was easy, plug it in, put batteries in the remote, attach your resistance bands, turn on the red switch in the back and you are ready to go. it has suction cups on the bottom to help it stay in place and it doesn't feel like it's vibrating my whole room - it's just the plate so that's perfect. I like that it has some programs built in that you can use, and I intend to check them all out. I think it may take some getting used to as it does shake you for sure, so starting with my feet closer together feels best. But I can definitely feel it throughout my entire body and can see how beneficial it can be. This will help strengthen my core, as well as help massage my body. I'm excited to use it more and look forward to having better balance.

I had used the commercial vibration plate a little bit at the gym when I used to go there, not that I knew really how to use it or what it did. I heard more about it and found out that you can get a small one for home use, and I kind of wanted one. The vibration plates I saw on a certain website seemed a bit iffy, but this one caught my eye because the company, Lifepro, has quite a bit of information on how to use it and who could benefit from it. This Waver Mini Vibration Plate is the newest addition to my home gym. Since I don’t have any extra space in this area, the plate sits on a square of old gym puzzle mat. My home gym floor consists of the puzzle mats and it’s easy to slide the mat piece on the flooring. This is perfect because I can just slide it around to where it is easy to use or out of my way. The plate weighs about 22 pounds, it isn’t heavy but it’s easier for me to slide it. Underneath the plate there are four stabilizer feet, and those make indentations into the flooring, consider that when deciding how you want to store this piece of equipment. The dimensions of the Waver Mini are 23.5”W x 13.5”L x 5.5”H. The dimensions shown on the Best Buy product page here on 7/3/25 are incorrect, that measurement is too large, it must be for a different product. With the plate you get a user manual that has quite a bit of information in it. They have a lot of information on YouTube. Their website has information, but it isn’t the best. I was looking for the “FREE library of personal training videos on wavermini.lifeprofitness.com” and could never get through to it. I did find a lot of videos on the Lifepro YouTube channel though. There’s plenty of information there to keep me occupied for a long time. Included with the Waver Mini are attachable resistance bands, four mini bands in a storage pouch, a remote (2 AAA batteries required). To turn the plate on, plug it in, flip the power switch, and aim the remote at the plate and push the power button. After my first session with the plate I realized that I want to have the remote handy, so I set up a small chair or my foam roller nearby and put the remote on top of it so I can turn it off if I want to. The health benefits listed in the user manual are as follows: Joint and back pain relief, boost your metabolism, decrease your stress, improve circulation, increase strength and flexibility, and develop stronger bones. These are all things I wouldn’t mind improving on, I mean why not? At my age I’m trying to future proof my body so when I’m older I am not frail. There are different levels of intensity. When I push the button on the remote it says there are four, but in the user manual there is lots of information on programs, modes, speeds, and pictures of ways to use the plate to get you started. In all of the pictures the model is wearing training shoes. I wondered if it could be used without, and on their website it says you can use it without. Shoes are fine, but I don’t workout with shoes on a lot, and just socks are fine for me on this plate usually. The top of the plate has a sturdy textured rubber mat. I have put a towel on it so my hands don’t get indentations from the surface when doing a plank on it, and it also feels a lot better. I feel like I'm getting a crazy good core workout when I use this! So far I’m really enjoying it and will keep looking into ways to benefit from it.

I first heard of “vibration plates” from my best friend some time ago and recommended that I get one. I’m still kind of researching the benefits of using one of these machines. They make some pretty big claims that I am hopeful are correct. They say that vibration plates can improve circulation, I’m prove muscle strength and tone, increase flexibility, bone density support, lymphatic drainage and and potentially aid in weight loss. You’ll have to look up the benefits of using a vibration plate and decide for your self. I can’t really testify whether or not these benefits are true yet because it is still too early for me to say I feel a big difference in my overall health. I am hopeful that they do because I have been struggling with aches and pains throughout my body and tight hamstrings and hips. What I can mention is how I feel when I step off the plate after a session on it. It’s kind of hard to describe but I do feel like my whole body was activated. If that makes any sense. My legs, glutes and low back feel a tingle, almost like I can feel the blood flowing through my whole body. This vibration plate is well built. It feels sturdy and like it should withstand a lot of use. The machine says it can support upto 260 lbs. I’m 2 lbs shy of that threshold 😬 but the machine has no problems supporting my weight. The machine comes with a remote control, and several resistance bands that can be tied to some anchors underneath for exercising and training your balance. It also comes with a book that explains the different programs and recommends some exercises to do with the plate. I think as with any workout program.. consistency is key. So keep that in mind! Would I recommend this machine? If you have been researching the benefits of a vibration plate and want to invest in you. I think you should get it. My only complaint about this machine is about the remote control it comes with. It is kind of cheap feeling, but it works and at least it includes one!

The LifePro Waver Mini Vibration Plate arrived at just the right time. I injured my knee and lower back a couple of months ago and have been going through physical therapy among other treatments and devices. My physical therapist suggested a few things, including a vibration plate which was not part of the available exercise machines. So I have been slowly adding balance and strengthening exercises with the Waver Mini Vibration Plate. But for the first day or two, just standing on it on the lowest setting with the default 10-minutes program introduced a refreshing leg, knee, hip and lower body internal movement that feels like an energy field going through my bones and muscles. The printed manual that comes with it has 12 pictures / suggested workouts that you can go through repetitions and holding patterns over 9 different speeds and programs from beginner level to advanced. I wish they included more pictures or explanations of the exercises and how to use the latex tension bands, but in the meantime you can find more information on-line, which requires registration. If you write a review on their site within 14-days of purchase, they will also extend it to lifetime warranty. If you are recovering from any injuries or have other medical conditions or limitations, check with a medical professional or an experienced physical therapist before you use this machine as you could further aggravate your condition if you’re not careful or overdo it. The Waver Mini came packed pretty well, no damages in shipping, even though the package weighs around 25lbs. The vibration plate itself is about 23.5” L x 13.8 ” W x 5” H and weighs about 22 lbs. It comes with a remote control but no batteries, so you’ll need 2x AAA batteries. The remote comes in handy when you need to turn the vibration off or change the program without stepping off the plate. Make sure you can reach the remote while you’re on the machine. Lifepro and other vibration plate manufacturers claim a number of unique health benefits that can be realized in-time, probably after several weeks and months of frequent use. Improved balance for sure, increased bone density, lymphatic drainage, joint maintenance, muscle growth, even fat loss and cellulite removal. Only time will tell and results will vary based on age, physical condition and fitness level. I am looking forward to improving my joints, balance, core strength and bone density before old age catches us with me.

As a woman of a "certain age", I am not always stable on my feet. Falls can be extremely dangerous! I have only been using this vibration plate for a couple of weeks but I have already noticed a big improvement with my balance. I have dog gates in my house and stepping over them was always a challenge- holding on to the wall or things for support. Almost immediately, I started stepping over confidently and not even realizing that I didn't grab on to something to hold on to for stability. I have used the loop bands to increase my arm strength while using the plate. I plan to start adding in the resistance bands in the near future. There are suction cups to hold this to the floor. I have used it on a rug and it does not move. The remote is handy but I find myself usually using the buttons on the machine. I am excited to continue to increase my core strength, balance and bone density. I have watched some videos that claim it helps with your lymphatic system as well. I am all for full body health and wellness. This is an easy machine to incorporate into your routine!

This is the best at home vibration plate ever! I use one a lot at the chiropractor, but wanted to continue having the benefits all week and at home! The size and comfortability of this device works perfectly for me! It’s strong and durable and has plenty of space for widen stands, and different positional workouts! I personally have size 10 to 11 in women’s and my stance and foot room is perfect! I hope you guys try this out! For the amount of benefits and at this price, it is definitely worth it! I also love that it has band straps so you can continue to elevate your workout workouts! It also fits perfectly with plenty of extra room under my bed, so it genuinely is the best fit for me!

Works as described! Pretty heavy-duty, good quality! Haven't had it long enough to determine if weight loss is a benefit, but it seems to energize me. If you're using it for your legs, (I do, for circulation) while sitting in a chair, you should have a rubberized mat or some kind of firm non-slide pad to keep it in place and keep it from sinking down into a carpeted surface. I use a heavy-duty, sturdy, rubberized welcome mat for a front door, turned upside down...works perfectly! My grandkids (6 and 8) get a big kick out of it!

I’ve been wanting one of these for a while and I’ve been using my credit card so I had a lot of rewards and I figured what a beautiful way to treat myself-so glad I did-I only have it a few days. I’m still learning how to use it.-but it works amazing-I have a lot of pain in my body. I’m not 20 anymore.-so this is good when I’m watching TV and I just wanna sit down and keep my legs on it to give it stimulation-or if I wanna sit on it-it just gets my blood flowing-it’s a must have for anyone to get your insides moving-and I heard it’s good for lymphatic drainage-so far so good-I use this and then I take a nice Epson salt bath and I noticed I sleep better and the next day my body feels good-but like I said, it’s only been a few days. Hopefully within a few weeks a few months I’ll be feeling a whole bunch better…. My next thing I really want is those LED facial masks-I figured that would be great to keep on my face while my legs are on this machine-so I’m working my face getting collagen-and my legs and body getting the blood flowing-just gotta save up for it and get more rewards lol

So far, the Lifepro Waver Mini has pretty much lived up it it's expectations. It is a heavy duty exercise machine that performs as advertised. The Waver Mini is very well built. The machine itself is heavy, almost 40 pounds. The pads keep it pretty firm to the ground. The power cable is very thick and fells like it will last forever. The on/off toggle switch is big and sturdy. Everything feels like it is built to last, with one exception. The remote control feels like it was a generic knock off from an off shore electronics company. The battery compartment cover does not even line up correctly when closed. The feel of the remote also very cheap. I am not sure why the machine itself feels as if they spared no expense, but the remote was an after thought. Plus, the remote is needed for you to change settings while using the machine. Once you toggle the machine on, you can then activate different settings using the remote control or the on board buttons. When you are in the middle of a workout, it is not easy to bend down and change the settings on the Waver Mini, so the control is essential. The Waver Mini also includes resistance bands that you can attach to the bottom to perform different resistance based workouts. They are also premium and feel like they will last you. My workouts have been very interesting on the Waver Mini. The vibrating board adds a completely unique workout experience. The board has several vibrate settings and intensities. I am not sold on the science of it all, but it is very cool to use. The jury is still out if this will add anything to my current workout routine.

Pro: -Vibration strength and speed -Doesn’t take too much space Con: -Questionable mandatory review when before I could register account This is my first interaction with a vibration plate, but from the time I’ve used it so far, I can feel my muscles activating throughout my body during the workouts. The programmed workouts would increase its speed after every minute for 15 minutes while you’re doing different exercises and stretches on the board. I’m starting at the lowest settings and following the exercise shown in the manual. The guide can use some description or instruction rather than just showing one picture for each exercise. After each session, I feel like I just did a few reps of free weights. The intensity can be increased depending on where you stand, with the center barely shaking to the other edge shaking my whole body. I’ve only used it for a short time so I don’t know the full effect of it yet and haven’t yet used the included bands. The plate, while not really portable, isn’t too heavy and small enough to be stored in the closet or under the bed. The controls on the board work fine, and the remote makes it safer to adjust the settings. The remote had to be pointed right at the receiver though. I also wish the resistance cord can be adjusted. It’s pretty long for my height. The one negative that stood out to me was the mandatory review when trying to register an account. I was trying to access the workout videos on their site, which required an account, but before I could complete the registration, it wanted me to write a review. This was mandatory and I couldn’t proceed without doing so. At that point, I haven’t even tried it yet. I still haven’t gone back to register. So far with my time with it, the pad is a good low impact workout. Just standing on it, I can feel the muscles in my lower body working. I’ll need more time with it but so far it’s a good start.

I was intrigued by this product because of its small form factor and ability to not take up much room in the workout room. Balance issues have been a challenge for me since I was injured and had to have back surgery to stabilize me which also caused neuropathy in my legs. I have spent countless hours in physical therapy using about every device you could think of. So this product sounded right up my alley of things to add into my regiment of workouts. It was quick to setup, it came with a remote control and had an led display that showed me the speed, mode, time and even has 10 programs in menu. Additionally it had some small bands for resistance. Upon setting it up and going through the modes and reading, I was able to hope on and try it out and i was surprised how quiet it was. I was expecting it to be really loud but really wasn't that loud. I got on the device and used the remote and started going. I kept increasing the speed and boy the feeling in my legs was odd at first, but then i felt my legs and muscles reacting. This aspect isn't something I hadn't felt in probably 4-5 years. I wanted to wait for a whole weeks workouts to really see how i felt afterwards, and I will say, my leg cramps have decreased from every night to only once in 7 days! the blood flow in my calves are showing through the veins again. So for me, personally I think this device is awesome! Its giving me some blood flow back in my legs, they dont feel fatigued and less cramping.
