Your feedback is highly appreciated and thank you for your time in sharing it. Bypass the router and make sure that you have a stable connection directly connected to your modem. Adjusting the router’s wireless channel is also a good move to avoid possible interference in your network. Use the Wi-Fi analyzer app. It helps you find a less crowded channel for your wireless router.

I'm used to routers being universally hated devices in my home, requiring a phone call to relatives who work in IT in order to accomplish tasks that seem like they should be simple. This router is different. It just sits there and, you know, works. On the rare occasion I need to change something in the router, I can pull it up on my phone through the app instead of having to direct my browser to an internal IP address. I'm all for it!

Go With AC Wireless GREAT ROUTER

I am an engineer and ran speed tests which showed more than twice as much Bandwidth and Speed. I also compared the new AC1200 to a friend's AC router and this more than doubled his speed. Not all AC Routers are the same according to my testing and the AC1200 by Linksys is a superior one.

I am NOT a gamer so I don't have a huge draw on broadband. The router is plenty fast and I like the "guest" access option using the second band.
