The Lively "Dual-Layer Hard Shell Case "is essential to prevent damage if the phone is accidentally dropped and lands on a corner. The fit is perfect, and an extended rim above the screen prevents damage if the phone is dropped and lands screen down. The screen is quite sensitive around the edges. The solution is that the raised rim prevents finger and palm contact while using the phone. Contact causes annoying screen interference, as I found out before the protector case was installed. After a year of service, the case looks new and has done its job. The screen has no chips, cracks, or scratches. A tempered glass screen protector was also added as a second level of screen control that worked in tandem with the case's raised rim The back of the case provides a recess to protect the lenses, and a combo flash/flashlight. I find this total protection combination OPTIMAL.

Bought this protective case for an elderly relative to provide a more secure grip and prevent smartphone damage when accidentally dropped. So far the case is performing well and my relative is satisfied with how it feels when using the phone.

If you have a Jitterbug Smart4, you definitely need this case. It offers great protection and makes the phone much easier to hold. It's a two part case with a rubber interior and hard plastic shell, so it definitely protects the phone. Do note that it makes the phone larger, but I don't think that's a bad thing.

Nice colored case for my mom’s new phone. The color is pretty and reminded my mom of berries. It seems well made and I am hoping that it will protect the new phone. So far, it’s holding up well and I have high hopes. The price was reasonable as well.
