Nice mouse overall
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really a 4.5. My only issue was the wheel. When it was set to smooth, it would move on it's own. Fortunately this can be set to a click-stop and since had no issues. Software is good too.

Smooth, customizable, and ergonomic

The buttons can be programmed to use mouse functions, keyboard keys, or macros (which are useful for entering repetitive text or similar). Also, the 2-mode scroll wheel (freewheel vs clicky) is extremely useful to switch back and forth on.

Dont Kill Me...

I did not realize how heavy the g502 was until I used the g403. Also the shape...I have smaller hands and use claw grip, the shape of this mouse, although it looks awesome, was fatiguing me over short sessions. I found myself pressing the sniper button all too often for my liking. Sensor does not feel as responsive as the g903 and the g403. I am PCMR and from what I gather YOU MUST OWN THIS MOUSE. So I bought it. It sits in my drawer and looks pretty doing it. :(
