One in particular is the ability for the scroll bar to have different levels of resistances and speeds. On the negative side, it is a bit pricey.

I love this mouse BUT...

The only problem I had was my thumb was really sore after a couple of hours playing a game using it because the curve where your thumb goes was curved a little too much for my thumb. I don't have a large thumb or anything, it's just not quite opened enough for a thumb to comfortably sit there and be pushed over and over again as you move the mouse around. Super bummed though, because that's just the coolest freakin' mouse EVER! But I returned it. :(
