probably the best gaming mouse out there

imo this is the best gaming mouse you can get thats wired. has more buttons then most similar options without being overly complicated or clunky. the software is powerful and easy to use and can be set to do many many things. you can even use it to scan your playing surface for maximum accuracy. it's comfortable, the added weights add some heft if you need it. only thing thats better is the logitech chaos spectrum which is wireless and about triple the price depending on whether this one is on sale or not.

It has a button right where you would rest your thumb. That’s a serious design flaw and a shame since other than that, the mouse would be perfect. This button keeps getting pressed

in less than 1 week the scroll wheel is loose... it has no friction like other gaming mouses when gliding... other than that the mouse is okay...

Best Mouse I've Ever Had, My Favorite So Far.

This one compared to the other's I've had has been the best, extremely smooth and responsive, it feels alot like my previous Logitech wireless mouse that was part of a mouse and keyboard combo set. but it's alot more flexible and has a ton more options, like 11 programmable buttons, but this is a wired mouse not wireless. It's really a well designed all around mouse weather gaming, content creation, browsing, or general usage, you can change the mouse weights and colors, it goes from 200 DPI to 12,000 DPI, which I only use 800, 1600, or 2,400, anything lower or higher doesn't do as well in games or other applications, the max DPI this mouse goes to is too high even 4K display's. The mouse cable is braided and the braid is thick. You can put up to 5 weights in the mouse (The weights 3.6g each and are included), I put 2 weights in total, 1 in the front and 1 in the back. This mouse is the Logitech G502 Spectrum from 2014, the updated version of this is the newer Logitech G502 HERO for currently the same price with a thinner cord and up to 16,000 DPI. It works well with a SteelSeries QCK mouse pad. This mouse I highly recommend to anyone, it's a good purchase.

My son thought this was fantastic when he first got it, but it didn’t last more than a couple of months before breaking. I expected better quality.

    My Favorite Mouse

This mouse has an excellent feeling in my hand. The buttons are well placed for my uses (with the exception of the one in the palm). The adjustable weight is awesome for a variety of uses. The braided cable looks awesome and can sometimes catch on things on your desk, but hasn't been too much of an issue for me. It tracks very well and has adjustable tracking precision. It is, perhaps, my favorite mouse I've used to date.

Great mouse. You can change the weight, dpi, customize buttons, change from free scroll to click, sniper button, on the fly dpi changes. It feels a little flat compared to my old deathadder, but after some time it was easy to adjust.

yes! i just received it and installed the software and am playing around with the mouse with all the weights in it and it feels marvelous!! i used to own the mx518 for about 4 years before it broke and i decided to buy this one and boy am i happy i did. if you're into gaming and want to try out a mouse that looks sick, has weight adjustable function, that feels like the good old mx518, then i highly recommend you this buy. it highly unlikely that you'll regret it!

Very comfy mouse and being able to control it's weight is a great plus. the free scroll function is a bit weird but can be useful when scrolling through websites, not so much in gaming. It's responsiveness, comfort, paired with Logitech's simple software make this a great buy.

I am so picky when it comes to my mouse and this one is by far the best one I own. I work at home and in my free time I am a gamer, so basically I am in front of my computer all the time so it is very important to me that my setup is comfy. This mouse is probably the most comfortable mouse I have ever owned. I have small hands so it is very hard for me to find a gaming mouse that works for me. This is it! All around the best!

    Great Gaming Mouse!

I bought this as an upgrade from my Logitech G403 Hyperion Fury. Upgrading from it was not a huge difference performance-wise; only difference was the max. DPI (12000 instead of 4000). Also, the right/click from the G502 is more sensitive than the G402, which to me is a good thing. Aside from that, the G502 has RGB customization, but there is not a lot of customizing options. Adjustable weights, I use all of the weights and the difference between all-weights and no-weights which is distinguishable. One thing I don't like is the mousewheel is a bit noisy when you shake it fast, but if you have headphones on or focused on your game session, you won't notice it. Overall, it is a great mouse, it is fairly priced at the time I bought it. Although it wasn't much of a performance upgrade from my G402, it is still a good mouse.

I honestly love this mouse. It's comfortable to use, and I really like the optional weights for it. Makes it more precise to use in my opinion. Best mouse I've had so far.

I'm new to PC gaming, and when playing my games, found that my old simple three button mouse wasn't cutting it. I desired more buttons that I could program to serve the in game functions I wanted. From what I'd researched Logitech was the "go to" brand for mice, and while I initially was looking at a different model, I splurged on the pricier G502, which is very well regarded. Having used the mouse for a couple months now, I feel it's very accurate, offers a great feel when clicking the buttons, and comes with easy to use software. Best of all, it's very comfortable to wield. It might be a little pricey at normal msrp, so wait for a sale, or price match like I did. It's well worth the extra scratch for the features and comfort. If you're unsure, Best Buy most likely has a model on display along with other models to help you decide. It definitely helps to actually hold the mouse, and click the buttons, to see what feels best to you.

I am IN LOVE with this mouse!

This mouse is amazing for fortnite due to it's amazing capacity of the programmable buttons. I have quite small hands, and it fits well with some space to spare. People said that the buttons on the left are uncomfortable when gaming, but personally I have no problem with that. I think that applies to those who have larger hands. The chroma in the logo is very satisfying, but it covers up once you had your hand on the mouse. The little weight options were such a smart idea and definitely useful to adapt to. I definitely recommend this mouse for gaming and for a regular mouse with many programmable buttons.

Great mouse, love the sensitivity options. Took a little getting used to from my G500s (different shape and more buttons on the g502). Very easy to setup, matches my new G910 keyboard nicely! Weights are a nice touch, mouse it really light without any weights, this again is preference.
