This mouse is great for FPS, MOBA, and MMORPGS! This is geared toward FPS and comes with weights to change how it feels in your hand. There are more specific gaming mouses on the market for MOBA and MMORPGS, but I play all three and did not want to have three different gaming mice(?) Overall this is a very versatile mouse and is great for the price!

I just picked this up and only have a few hours on the device. I palm mice and don't have gigantic hands. but this thing fits perfectly in my hand and is still comfortable for my wife as well. 12,000 dpi is a bit much in all honesty. I like that there is a thumb button that will let you set a much lower dpi on the fly. All around just another great logitech product. I still can't believe I just dropped 80 bucks on a mouse but, I don't feel like I have been ripped off. Other thoughts: If this was wireless I would take it to work with me everyday. Between the scroll wheel and not having to pick up the mouse while going to the second screen,,,priceless.

When I got my new laptop, I was looking for a new mouse as I was getting tired of the wireless one I was using. Having already a Razer SWTOR Naga mouse, I was looking for something similar in size and shape, no matter who made it. After looking online for about a week, I arrived at several options and after having the opportunity to try them all in various stores, I came to this one. It was the most comfortable of the lot and it was clear the Logitech put a lot of work into it. I prefer heavier mice and the fact that this came with weights that you can add or subtract, was a definite plus. It is also easy to use the software to customize the buttons and while it took some time to get used to how the DPI settings work, it has been a dream since. In terms of reliability, it stacks up nicely. It is both good in buttons, and through being transported everywhere. It holds up well and stays together. While I mentioned it was comfortable, it is great for my hand. The rest along the side for the thumb makes it easy to use for long periods of time, and makes it less stressful on your hand. While it is expensive, it is well worth the cost.

This mouse is a pinnacle of evolution of gamin mice. Logitech is well known in business for the quality of their products and for the software that comes with them. This is the most accurate mouse that is available to date. Even though other claim that their sensor has best sensors with the most DPI on planet Earth, it's not really what matters. What matters ESPECIALLY in gaming products, is the precision. And Logitech has outdone every single other product, available to date with this mouse. It has 2 sensors, that are used alternately when needed and most importantly has ZERO acceleration. What even most gamers don't know, even though acceleration is disabled in Windows, it's still persistent in mice sensor, but not in this one. It's first and only that has ZERO acceleration - and that's what makes it the best. 0 acceleration means precision with every single swipe, no matter how fast or slow the movement is, it will always be constant. One note - This mice is for right handed only AND if you use CLAW GRIP (like me), it will take time to adjust. But that's hardly a mouse fault. Keep gaming my friend!

I have a long history with Logitech mouses, as I found them to be the best ergonomically and button layout wise. I strayed a few times when I got a Roccat, which wasn't bad, but I always come back to Logitech. The Proteus has by far been my favorite mouse so far. It has all the bells and whistles that you'd expect with a gaming mouse: adjustable sensitivity, adjustable weight, ergonomic, responsive, and high DPI. I feel that mouses are a personal thing, especially to gamers, so you will just have to try it out for yourself, but in my opinion this is an awesome mouse, especially for the price!

Did a bunch of reviews on the Logitech's gaming mouse, all models. I 1st purchased the G602 wireless and it only worked for 2 mins if that, then I got the blinking light of death. I will never buy wireless again. So I gave this one a try, and I'm very happy that I did. Its very comfortable, buttons are so easy to work with. I used this for ESO and its perfect. I luv the fact of adjusting things with this mouse, like cursor speed. if you have a mose pad that's makes the mosue a little sluggish like mine- you can make the dpi faster. This mouse is a must for gaming!!!

I've gone through so many mice over my lifetime of using personal computers that I've kind of stopped buying high priced mice. However, seeing this guy on sale for $35 I went for it and am more than pleasantly surprised. This is a high quality gaming mouse, with options to tune for your mouse surface, and up to 12000 DPI. It's large and I have to appreciate how it fits in my hand. Enjoying how heavy it is with the optional weights and every button is programmable. Best $35 I've ever spent on a mouse.

When I began my hunt for new peripherals, I found myself at an impasse. I had previously owned a G710+ keyboard and a Razer Naga MMO mouse. Both were quite good to me and I was torn as to which brand to go with. Ultimately, the G910 Spectrum became my keyboard of choice because of its Romer-G keycaps, which are close in noise to Cherry MX Browns. The Razer Black Widow has the Razer Green keycaps which are closest to Blues. Therefore, I wanted to match my mouse to my keyboard. I fip-flopped between the G402 Hyperion and the G502 Spectrum, finally deciding I wanted an RGB mouse to go with my RGB keyboard. I'm glad I made the choice. Out of the box, the mouse has a great heft to it. It feels solid and well made, even without the optional tuning weights added. I may add them in the future but I think it's working just fine for me as of now. The braided cable is plenty long enough for computers on the floor or up high. The buttons feel crisp and clicky without being overloud, and the default color cycle looks great next to the G910. The only two areas of personal concern are the scroll wheel and the "FPS" button on the side of the mouse. The scroll wheel is awesome in infinite scroll mode, but feels slightly grainy in the regular scroll mode. Not sure if I'm pressing it too hard but I feel like that shouldn't be an issue. The FPS button is also slightly too far forward on the side of the mouse to be comfortable, and this is coming from a 6'5" dude with huge hands. I have to shift my grip slightly forward every time I try and press it. To be honest, I've given up using it and mapped the control to the forward button on the left click area of the mouse. Overall though, these are nitpicky things that don't really affect the total enjoyment of the mouse. I look forward to getting more use out of it!

this is one sexy beast of a mouse. it works great easy to customize and seems to fit my hand perfectly im pretty sure your not going to see anything but good reviews. do your self a favor and buy this

I got this Logitech mouse on Black Friday for a great deal and I've been impressed at the overall quality of it. It has a nice sturdy feel and seems like it can take many hundreds of hours of abuse. The ergonomics are also quite comfortable. The software that comes with the mouse is also top notch, allowing you to fully customize what each of the myriad of buttons does all the way to the exact dpi. I would definitely recommend this mouse!

The first iteration I had of this mouse was the Logitech G500. After YEARS, the scroll wheel started to give out. I decided to go to my local Best Buy and check out the newer version. The Logitech G502 is everything I hoped for and more. I've had it for some time now it's exactly how I received it when it was brand new. Plus, the price makes it an immediate purchase. I honestly couldn't get more bang for my buck with this item.

I bought this mouse to replace my G302 which was having a double click problem. The G502 is an all-around awesome mouse with lots of cools features like surface tuning, adjustable weights and profile switching. The button placement is great and there are enough buttons for most games (if you play MMOs a lot it's better to get an MMO mouse). Its design works comfortably with a claw/fingertip grip. My tiny Asian girl hand has no problems reaching all the buttons or moving the mouse. My only major gripe is the awful metal scrollwheel. In locked mode it's incredibly stiff and loud. It's quiet and smooth in infinite scroll mode, but then it rattles when you move the mouse quickly. Other than that I'm in love with this mouse; I couldn't have asked for a better replacement.

My summary says it all. Truth is My New Lenovo Legion computer wasn't complete without this mouse. Works perfect out of the box. For 50 bucks, I don't think you could find a better mouse. Looks a little weird on the page cause the weight positions are in blue, but those are in a compartment under the mouse, so you don't even see them. Just the G, which changes color, couldn't be happier. Money well spent.

Bought this when it went on sale for $49.99. My friend loves it and is amazed on the build quality. Reviewers have said that this is a worthy G9X successor and it looks like that he agrees with it.

I have gone through multiple mice for gaming, and this has been the best! The customizable weight is a lot better than you could imagine! I strongly recommend this over anything Razer makes!

This mouse covers all my needs - comfort in hand, not too much buttons under thumb, step/inertial scroll switch, and it's built for gaming which means buttons will work until the mouse cracks :) The only thing I'm missing in this mouse is wireless connection. So this one is wired, which is not a big problem, but still need to take care about a cord.

After reading some reviews here i decided to give it a try, despite the Cons. My thoughts are nothing but great because; It is ergonomically great as it feels great on the hand and the added weights make a difference. Second, the toggle between profiles is excellent as I have quick setting to a faster when needed, and go back to normal speed when i'm just browsing the internet etc with out having to open the settings and set them according. third, I love the scroll wheel despite it not having any rubber coating on it and just being bare metal, also it's trigger between free scrolling and regular scrolling is amazing. Last but not least, the difference settings I can assign to the side buttons (g4,g5) is nothing but amazing, makes working a breeze. After all I think this is a very solid mouse which you should definitely check out, it's ease of settings will make your gaming/working needs a breeze.

Top of the line gaming mouse from Logitech, expected from such a great company. Logitech reliability, comfort, and performance, what more could you ask for?

I first owned Steelseries Sensei and thought that was a good mouse, then I tried Razer Deathadder and liked it. Then got a Razer NAGA for a couple of weeks but gave it away since it just didn't feel right and as comfortable compared to my Deathadder. Been using Deathadder it for 2 years until a friend of mine got me this mouse and OMG! It is AMAZING! Everything to the mouse's ergonomics to its design and precision is just absolutely amazing. I have owned this for about two weeks now and all my precision in my games have improved. Just wow... money well spent!

Get this if you want a mouse that feels good while in use. Weight is perfect too and adjustable. Probably one of the better gaming mice you can buy
