Good mouse but wheel too hard in non-infinite mode

I like this mouse. Very good sensor and good ergonomics. Not a fan of its scrolling wheel though, because it's too hard to scroll in normal mode and I prefer the regular mode to the infinite scrolling one.

I bought the G502 mouse for Counter-Strike. While playing, if you move the mouse too fast, the mouse cursor will spaz and force you to look directly up or down, or occasionally, keep spinning uncontrollably even if you're not touching the mouse. This problem is documented on the Logitech forums. There is no solution for it at this time. Also, the click buttons are too sensitive. If you pick up and set down the mouse too hard (which is not hard at all), it will left or right click without you pressing the buttons.

    Worse customer service ever!

My mouse left mouse button double clicked after 6 months. I figure no problem I will get a RMA as it has a warranty. The outsourced people from Logitech will not respond to my RMA request. If I try to create a duplicate ticket they just close my ticket. It's been 1.5 months and 20 e-mails. I will NEVER order anything from Logitech ever again. Do yourself a favor and buy a Microsoft or any other brand mouse...

G502 Proteus Not for large hands or fingers

Cons for me: Small area for my large left thumb with a small left mouse button. My large thumb & first finger constantly hit my assigned G4, G5, G7 or G8 buttons during engagement's. I have never had this problem with any other mouse. I have lost a lot of battles due to this. For me personally I'm disappointed.

Horrible mouse. Had problems on multiple mouse pads turning or doing basic functions. I used a hard mouse pad and soft. One was hard to move and the other two easy. Buttons have a mind if their own.
