    Worked well for a while, the back piece fell off and wouldnt stay back on without tape.

    Horrible. It doesn’t connect to the wireless keyboard and doesn’t indicate that information anywhere on the packaging. I couldn’t return it because it was opened and I had thrown out the package . Poor labeling.

    I returned this mouse for the microsoft 3500. The Logitech mouse jumped around a lot and seemed unstable.

    It does not respond to the motion of the mouse. It doesn’t work on a mouse pad, hard top like a desk or on paper. Very frustrating when trying to do any work.

      The optical sensor in M310 gives you smooth and accurate cursor control on almost any surface. That means accurate mouse movements with no more annoying missed clicks hence this is not the expected behavior. Please get in touch with Logi Support team for best possible solution in this case.

    Maybe this was just a defective one, but this mouse never worked well. It was erratic and slow and only worked a few kinds of surfaces. Maybe that's why it was on sale. I went back to using my old Microsoft wireless mouse, which has the awkwardly long USB stick. I finally got a new Anywhere wireless mouse by Logitech which works infinitely better.
