Macy's is great for gifts for graduations, birthday or someone special to say "Thank You". It is great to shop at Macy's for home, kitchen or clothes to stay in style.

Easy to order and receive, however gift recipient could not use it via Macy’s app. It kept coming up as invalid. Then learned that Best Buy cannot support with any technical issues. An in-store rep tried their best and was helpful enough to see there was $ on the card and provided me with a phone number to call. Thankfully, we tried to use the card via Macy’s website and that worked. Unsure why not the app, but glad for the situation to be resolved. I’ll likely only order digital cards going forward.

Purchased for a gift, instead of purchasing straight out of Macys, I like the convenience of that I can go into Best buy just inside of store and purchase without having to go through the whole store to get what i needed. They make it quick and convenient.
