Commercial parts and reasonable pricing was key to puchase

We love our new drier! Between the awesome spin cycle of the washer and the quick drying sensor, clothes dry very quickly! Has a squeak that I need to have checked out, hence the 4 stars.

After first month, dryer seems to work well. Took a little practice to get the temperature setting correct.

I shopped around and read many reviews. This dryer hit all my must haves. Very large opening with large capacity. The light inside was a nice plus too. I love the energy preferred feature which senses the drying time. The dryer is a good solid unit without all the fancy dials.

It doesn't dry as hood as older model, and I am not a fan of the lint trap in the top, as it is quite messy to lean, and lint over the dryer. Other than those two items, it is good.

We know a few families that own this set and are very happy with them. We like the fact that the wife can reach the bottom of the washer. Very easy to hook up and operate. So far seem to work and clean the clothes great.

I purchased on sale at a good price and very satisfied with its performance.

i've had this dryer for about 31/2 weeks and its worked out very well the different settings are great and my clothes come out great. I love it. i'm glad I made this purchase. I will enjoy this purchase for years to come

We've owned this dryer for a month now and still haven't mastered how long it takes to dry clothes. It dries and it is quiet, but we have had to go back and add time on multiple occasions. Initially, I wanted a dryer that was a bit more "smart" (i.e. connected to an app, auto moisture sensing, etc.) but I wasn't willing to pay the premium for a matching "smart" washer/dryer combo--and a broken dryer was the reason we were shopping in the first place so we had to act fast. We have used 2 temperature settings: Medium and High. MEDIUM and a full load for a 70 minute timed dry is never enough. MEDIUM heat and Sensor Dry "More Dry" seems to take forever to complete. I have been hesitant to dry things on HIGH because high on the old dryer was "too hot" especially for cottons. However, HIGH + ENERGY PREFERRED seems safe and reasonable (from a time standpoint) if I am not drying cotton khaki pants, cotton polos, or cotton T-shirts. HIGH is fine for sheets/towels. We reversed the door and, while the process wasn't difficult, the instructions were a bit complex. Plus, it feels like the door now "sticks" more than it did with the factory "right hinged" setting. Also, the middle knob has a lot of resistance and tends to "spring" back a bit when selecting drying options. If I want 60 minutes, for example, the knob bounces back toward 70 when you let go. If you select "less dry" it looks like you selected "energy preferred" when you let go. Lastly, the sloped top (common to nearly all dryers anymore) means you can't set items on top of the dryer. We used to fold clothes and leave them on top of the dryer/washer for the kids to pick up. Not anymore. Everything slides off. It is not that there is anything wrong with this dryer, it is more that there are some quirks and differences I am struggling to get used to, hence the 3 stars.

Fast delivery and you can never go wrong with a Maytag! Large capacity, easy to operate. Love the wrinkle remover setting, really works and looks great! Very modern looking, not big and bulky.

Hooked this beauty up and has run great since the first load. Love the sensor dry, wrinkle gaurd features and of course the times dry. Reduced gas and electric consumption as that was the only change and both bills went down. Definitely a keeper.

I do see two potential problems. 1. Lint Filter seems to catch on the lip after Each cleaning. It will wear quickly. 2. The catch on the door does not grab unless the door is slammed.

Filter is on top for easy clean out. Controls are conveniently located with easy to read displays. Tried drying on different cycles and they all performed as expected with very good results.

This washer has a huge tub. I love the fact that there is no agitator in this top load washer. What’s even better is that I can reach the bottom of the tub. (I’m short). Love this washer

Excellent dryer , works very well , but the temperature isn’t so hot that it shrinks clothing . Very large bay , it easily drys large loads , extremely efficient design .

Great dryer. Nice and quiet and has plenty of settings for all laundry needs. My only complaint is the location of the lint trap. It's on top of the machine and tends to make a mess when emptying it.

I love this dryer. Much more energy efficient than my previous one. Has all the features I need plus some extra. Not too loud. Very pleased with the delivery service and installation too. Quick and efficient.

No complaints with this set. I was a bit apprehensive getting one without an agitator, but so glad I got it. It makes a difference with large loads of clothing or blankets.
