If your a bigger person then this is for you ..I got this because I needed a cardio workout that is light on the joints and this definitely delivers. Glides smooth and the adjustable row tension os a great feature. Feel nice and solid when I use it which was my biggest concern because I weigh 300lbs. Overall I would recommend buying I got it on sale so it makes it even more worth it
