This has multiple speeds, as well as a built in so mode that changes speeds randomly. Using this has took away a lot of body aches and pains. So many of my family members have used it and then went to purchase their own. I complete my arm day exercises on this while vibrating. I place it right by my east window for morning sun while vibrating.

Very easy to use. Does not make a lot of noise. I can watch tv when exercising. Super happy with how it’s helping my exercise routine.

Fine for beginners. Simple to use. Not the strongest n HZ very low compared to others. If looking for higher HZ for bone health, this isnt the strongest one.
