15 - 20 min a night before bed and it undoes all the tension on my sciatica, legs and shoulders. Comes with a booklet that demonstrates several Yoga like poses while partially on the machine. Game changer for anyone with a bad back.

Want to jiggle? This will do it. I'm an older, life long fitness fan with little to jiggle and rarely do. This will do it. Now I'm new to this and not sure all this jiggling is even good for me but seeing vibration plates on TV made me curious. So when I saw this on Best Buy deal of the day at a good price I bought it. Arrived quickly. Box in good shape. Worked right out of the box. Surprisingly quite, hope it stays that way. Seems well made. Bluetooth: While the item description says Bluetooth, that's it! Zero mention in manual, no markings on the item and no display symbol when active. No visible speaker or grill. I concluded the description was in error. This did not bother me as I already have great workout sound options. But I was wrong! It is Bluetooth and there is a speaker in there. It doesn't sound bad, but really, it's an add on. You probably have better sound already. The life long quest for fitness continues with a new toy. Verity keeps life interesting.

Home -20 minutes a day it is easy to use and fairly quiet.

Since using my vibration plate, the swelling in my legs has gone down significantly. It is also helping reduce arthritis pain in my knee. Only 10 minutes a day to feeling better. I have it placed behind a chair in my living room, just in case I feel unstable, I can grab on the the chair.

I love this plate!! I use it morning and night! It helps with restless leg sydrome and my sore hips from standing with my job. It also burns calories!! The only reason it isn't a 10 is because i did not recieve the handles for the band in the box. Just the remote and the rubber bands.

I love it! It has a ton of levels, the size is really nice. I can stand comfortable with my legs shoulder width apart. It really made my muscles relax after use and I sleep better.

It does just what it says will. It also compliments the Physical Therapy that I get pertaining to my sciatic nerve.
