Absolutely love this frame. I recently purchased two for my grandparents and we were able to pre-load it with family pictures for them. The screen is very high quality and the mobile app is very easy to use. A little pricey, but the quality is great.

Photos on the Meural frame looks great and is a nice way to share photos with family members on their Meural frames. The app is feature rich and not the easiest to use so we ended up using the website . There are options to purchase professional artwork to display with a subscription, but we're only looking to share family photos.

This frame is nice when it is working and for what it works as. You can't email it photos, and the app isn't the easiest to use, or program for a second phone, but it does look good working. The frame can be stationed horizontal or vertical, and it does know what position it is in. Then you have the choice of only seeing photos taken in the position the frame is in or showing both. The Con is that if you choose both, the photos that are in the wrong position will be oddly truncated, not shrunk. The pro is that if you have it set to showing only the position the frame is situated, you can change the photo set being displayed merely by turning the frame 90 degrees. Overall I liked it, except we're still trying to get another phone to run the app with the frame so my brother can get photos on it too.

It would be easy to go into specifics like display quality, unreal how realistic the photos look, and how easy it is to use... but let's just say it's money well spent and go get yourself one.

Very cool picture frame that allows you to add a subscription for digitalized artwork, in addition to adding your own photos. The picture quality is beautiful, and it can be easily controlled via an app. I wish it was a bit thicker, but overall I think it was an excellent purchase.

This is our 3rd Meural frame (we have two 27" original Canvas). Great quality image, easy to use app. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

this device is pretty difficult to use. First, there is no usb or similar input to just upload photos, so you have to individually upload them from a phone. Then the photos are somehow grouped into categories, so you end up uploading the photos to category A when you want it in category B. This makes it difficult to invite someone to share a photo onto the device because it goes into some other category which you are not using, so you have the change the grouping to see it, but then you are not seeing the other photos you already put on.

I am so disappointed in this product-I had read many good reviews about this device and I was really looking forward to receiving it and having it work as advertised, but I had nothing but problems with this from the moment I set it up-and sadly, I will be returning this product ASAP. I could not get it to display any of my pictures at all-it only would display the built in stock pictures. I did follow the set-up directions closely, I had downloaded the Meural app prior to powering up the product. Those stock pictures displayed very nice on the screen, but try as I might, I could not make this product do the one specific thing that I purchased it for-to display my pictures that I have on my phone! I tried to use the Meural app to control the product-and each time I opened the app, it would just shut down, it would “quit”. Not only that, but now I can’t even get rid of this app on my phone, it doesn’t want to delete! The “hand gesture” control method for this product was awkward and difficult to use, it would only respond after multiple attempts to make it respond. I wish that the screen was a “touch-screen”-that would have been helpful for “ease of use and control”. The device display was supposed to “darken down” when the lights in the room that it was in were turned off-that wouldn’t work either. I tried so many times to get this product to display pictures from my phone-no matter what I did, I just couldn’t make it work, and the product was on the same home WiFi network that my phone is on as I was trying to do this-and I do not have an older phone, I have an iPhone 11 Pro with many pictures on it. I really tried many times to make this product work as advertised-because I really wanted it to work, I did not want to have to return it, but after doing everything that I could think of to make it work-I finally had to give up and pack everything back up to return it! Total frustration, total disappointment!! I am not at all one to typically write negative reviews unless truly necessary, but I am just reporting the very difficult and frustrating experience that I had with this one particular product, and I am being honest about my particular experience with this. I really wish this had worked out better, but it just didn’t work out at all.

There needs to be a rechargeable battery so it can be hung on the wall.

Wanted to like it, however the software is terrible. No expansion for more memory.

The screen is large. It was bought as a Christmas gift on Black Friday, so I haven't opened it yet to check it out. Reviewed for the Best Buy points.

Picked this up because of the Netgear name. Others on Best Buy's shelves looked good enough but all of them from manufacturer's I've never heard of. Since it's a cloud enabled frame I was concerned some of these other manufacturers wouldn't make it, rendering the frame useless. While visually it does a good job the software on these things is terrible. The iOS client regularly must be force quit in order to reconnect to the frame. Sharing of "Albums" doesn't work right (600 in album and only 14 actually sync to the frame.) While cloud enabled there is no AI of ML applied to what the frame displays... so if you've got it landscape it will always just take the middle section of a portrait photo and show that (e.g. a lot of chests in a group photos with no faces, heads, or lower bodies.) For the price I would expect much better software. Coming from a "network" gear manufacturer I'd expect a much better cloud capability set... instead they just tried to mass produce a half baked product. I've overcome some of this by manually reworking photos. Even after streamlining the process I've gotten about 100 of my 600 desired pictures to now display and work correctly on the frame. With any luck Netgear is just behind on feature development... I hope this is the case as I originally wanted to pick up a couple of these, but for now all additional purchases are on hold.

Overall, I am very impressed with the Meural 15.6 inch WiFi frame. It is the first of its kind that I have used so here are my impressions a. The screen: the screen is high quality for HD photos. I found that photos of all quality and size fit nicely into the screen. b. The size: the size of the screen at just over 15 inches is perfect. It’s not too big to put on a dresser / side table etc. but it’s not too small such that you wouldn’t be able to see the photos. It’s the perfect size in my opinion. c. The app: a breeze to set up and use. Transferring my photos was easier than I expected and I was able to easily allow my family members access to photo sharing. The app is easy to navigate for people of all technical abilities. d. How you use it/what you use it for: the frame is mainly used for our family photos and we really do love having the latest and greatest photos uploaded to the frame without going through the hassle of printing at our local Walgreens / CVS. We’ve put the frame in the entry way of our house and have found that people are always inquiring about where to get it as its a neat novelty item.

I totally loved my digital photo frame. It is very easy to use and the quality is great! I got It for myself but it is definitely a fantastic gift to anyone .

I have been enjoying the Meural very much. I like that you can show one picture or rotate as many as you Iike. I had a similar product years ago that was very primitive next to this. The app takes a little getting used to but once I got the hang of it I can easily upload my photos. The colors on the screen are fantastic. I received my Meural to write an honest review and share my opinion of the product.
