All of my purchases have been excellent except for 1. I bought the Microsoft 365 Personal. I'm having problems downloading it.

Easy to install! An email was sent and everything was automatically uploaded!

I did my research and then I went to Best Buy and bought the laptop. I wanted. It was on sale and the sales person was helpful. This was the Wilmington Delaware store.

I recommend this product. One Drive cloud storage allows me having more storage space available in my device. Camera backup helps me know I have my picture backup if something happens. Also have access to various Microsoft programs in various devices.

I love the battery life! I'm enjoying it for study and work.

Good price to get started with Microsoft 365! It comes with 1TB OneDrive storage, which I love using now that I'm used to it. I use Microsoft applications primarily for their basic functions but this comes with some premium features. Downloading the software using Best Buys code, once purchased, was pretty easy.

Strong and convenient software for general business and personal use

Thankful that I went ahead and got it. It makes my schoolwork seem like a cake walk.

Ordering and delivery went very quick and Best Buy provided all the necessary information and specifics.

Just bought the laptop a few weeks ago, it's been great! Fast, easy to use and get used to, even the keyboard asmr is satisfying. Great product so far!

I could not work and keep up with my business if I didn't have Microsoft Office 365!

On 4/24/20, I placed an order for an HP laptop online - open box certified in excellent condition by the Geek Squad. My laptop arrived quickly on 5/1/20; however, it didn't work. I immediately called this location and spoke with the manager, Matthew, who informed me that he would be able to exchange it with a new laptop the next day. I came to this location and was assisted by Roxanne, who exchanged my laptop for the new one. The new one was actually cheaper than my original, so I was also given store credit to make up the difference. Thanks to Matthew and Roxanne for their excellent customer service, especially during these times of the pandemic when I really needed a laptop - greatly appreciated and will definitely be a repeat customer :)

Well, so far so good. I have been able to navigate it pretty well.

With the 365 you can never go wrong. Get it together with your comuter the same day you buy it or the price goes up. I did it and Im good for a year.

Great products but overpriced perhaps. I don't use each applications as I should.

It was easy for me to install as a beginner. And it has been working very well.
