Still don't know why this is SO expensive. But its office 365. You kind o have to have it.

Was told I needed to purchase this, as WIN 10 didn't recognize my own 2010 Office version, but that was not the case.

Its office and Microsoft.. I gave it 2 stars because of that. Also it is "subscription" so for it to work you must renew each year...

I have had Microsoft (including version 10) products in the past. To be clear-- I'm NOT one of those 'Apple' people trying to 'dis' MS. That said, I've had nothing but issues with MS 10 on this PC ---and don't even get me started on MS EDGE, which has made a true mess of things. DO NOT DOWNLOAD it! I'm going to have to bring this brand new laptop somewhere to get someone to unravel this Microsoft Mess.

Not a huge fan of 365, I can see why others might like it. I like the set up of 2013 though, but maybe I'm just being old school

When I bought my new Lenova Yoga Thinkpad it was time to update to MS Office 2013. The option of licensing this for 1 year was new to me. I chose to try it: the free upgrades and benefits are totally worth it and what I saved on the software I could put toward the new computer. I'm glad I did except we wish we would have purchased the licenses for 5 PCs. instead of for 1. Even though we only have 2 PCs in our house its still cheaper in the long run than purchasing the personal license separetely for 2 people each year. Outlook 2013 is my only complaint: I've used Outlook since 1992 and I do a lot of economic research. Much of the data comes to me in emails, so in order to save 10 years of data I HAVE to save the Outlook emails and migrate them to the new computer. We had all kinds of trouble doing so and I had to purchase the MS Support access for $149 for 1 year in order to get Outlook 2013 to work: it took me about 3 weeks and lots of answer desk phone calls to get it all to work. Now that I'm using it I have to say as an Outlook User since 1994.....I really don't like the Outlook 2013 version: it is quirky, not intuitive, hard to find functions, each tab page is SO busy its hard to read. They changed some basic function labels so even though I'm a pretty savvy Office user from the IT industry, there are some functions and features I still can't find. If it were not for my years of research I need to preserve I think I would switch email clients. On the upside I do love the new features in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel that were made in 2013. I'm not using the cloud as we have our own cloud and my Lenova Thinkpad also comes with a cloud, so I have a plethroa of clouds! But this would be a huge benefit for someone who does not have their own cloud.

I love Microsoft 365 for my NEW computer. I really enjoy working on my new computer with all the updated software.

Got this with my new desktop - it is complicated to set up, but it works well. Open Office offers the same product for free.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. When we went to load it the activation code was invalid. Spent hours trying to get help form Best Buy and Microsoft ....best advice is to go back to the store of purchase. Very frustrating and I work and go to school so I don’t have time for useless running around!!! I expect what I spend my hard earned money on to work!!!

What should have been an easy process, turned into a multiple hour procedure. It's like pulling teeth to get updates.

This item never worked for me and was I charged for it. When cancelled it took almost a week to get a refund. Overall I love Microsoft products however this deal was defective to an extinct . When I contacted Best Buy I was told the app was automatically register however it did not work.

I was not able to install easily had to contact tech support and took about 30 minutes for them to install on my new computer.

The salesman neglected to tell me this was for only 1 year. I wanted a permanent solution.

I purchased office 365 .It kept saying card was invalid. I'm so mad it wont let me register what I paid for

I had this for a yer but didnt like tht it completely stopped letting me use my files when it expired.

Very hard to install. Called the help line they where NO help at all. Could not speak clear English either

This is too expensive. You should get the ability to pay less for the products you really use and not for the ones you don't.

I used this on a tablet but I don't really care for it I would rather have the old office. Probably my age. I am older and set in my ways.

Every time I tried to register the code, it kept telling me it was wrong. When I finally got it to work and tried to log in, more problems.

I think it is very hard to download. I have had to enter the passcode several times. So be sure you don't throw away the card.
